澳大與美高梅合辦領導技巧證書課程
為推動澳門專業人才培育，澳門大學持續進修中心、工商管理學院商業研究及培訓中心、高級管理人員教育與美高梅，合辦“智啟未來新紀元—領導技巧證書課程”，為具發展潛力的管理人員提供系統化及前瞻性的專業培訓，以應對智慧時代下管理模式與組織發展的轉變。
美高梅人力資源發展及培育副總裁陳來源、人力資源發展及培育助理總監梁思寧及澳大持續進修中心主任劉丁己主持證書課程開課儀式。開課當日，學員積極投入課堂，透過案例分析與互動討論，為學習奠定基礎。
該課程由澳大專業師資團隊設計及授課，內容涵蓋未來領導力新視角、前瞻管理思維、人工智能於管理層面的應用及組織與人才發展策略，強調理論與實務結合，協助學員提升策略思考、決策能力及跨部門領導效能。課程共設四個單元，完成課程的學員將獲頒由澳大與美高梅發出的認可證書，以肯定其專業學習成果。
劉丁己表示，澳大持續進修中心向來重視將大學的學術優勢轉化為切合業界需求的實務培訓，是次與美高梅的合作，充分結合學術深度與行業經驗，協助學員提升面向未來的領導能力。
陳來源表示，美高梅一貫以“育才建澳”為核心，積極推動澳門特區政府人才建設。美高梅學院藉其創新並屢獲肯定的人才培育模式，與澳大攜手推出前瞻領導力課程，助力學員掌握未來管理趨勢，全面裝備其成為具競爭力的領導人才。
澳大持續進修中心、工商管理學院商業研究及培訓中心、高級管理人員教育計劃將繼續深化與不同行業的合作，推出更多高質素、具前瞻性的專業課程，為澳門培育具國際視野、創新思維及領導潛力的人才。

UM, MGM launch certificate course in leadership skills
To support the development of professionals in Macao, the Centre for Continuing Education of the University of Macau (UM), in collaboration with the Business Research and Training Center and Executive Education of the UM Faculty of Business Administration, and MGM, has launched the ‘PRIDE – Managerial Track – Certificate in Future Leadership Skills in a Smart Era’. An opening ceremony was held for the course.
The course, designed and delivered by UM’s faculty, covers four modules and offers professional training to management-level employees, equipping them with the competencies needed to navigate evolving management practices and organisational development in the age of intelligence. Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate jointly issued by UM and MGM.
