新一期“擔任處長官職資格課程”於澳大開課
由澳門大學和澳門特別行政區政府行政公職局合辦的第三班“擔任處長官職資格課程”今(27)日舉行開學典禮,行政法務司司長黃少澤、中央人民政府駐澳門特別行政區聯絡辦公室社會工作部部長管延斌、澳大校長宋永華、行政法務司司長辦公室主任曾翔、行政公職局局長梁穎妍及30名學員出席。
宋永華表示,今期課程採用多元培訓模式,通過座談、研討、情景模擬、合作區實地考察、實踐活動、個人與小組答辯等多種形式,拓寬思維視野、激發創新潛能。他期望學員積極學習,加強與學員合作,結合實際工作,提升公共治理水平,為澳門融入國家發展大局貢獻力量。
梁穎妍表示,該課程是推動公共行政改革、加強管治人才建設的重要舉措,配合《領導及主管人員通則的基本規定》及配套法規的修訂,處長將從完成課程者中選拔,落實人才梯隊制度化。她勉勵學員珍惜學習機會,全心投入,深化職責認知,提升領導素養,提高施政效能,為“一國兩制”行穩致遠貢獻力量。
是次課程共有30名來自不同範疇的學員,均具備優秀的才幹和潛力,在各自崗位上表現良好,並經所屬部門及監督實體推薦參加。課程為期六個星期,採用全脫產模式進行。“擔任處長官職資格課程”學員至今累計達89人,在支持公務人員專業發展與管理能力提升方面持續發揮積極作用。

Opening ceremony for new cohort of qualification course for government division heads held at UM
The University of Macau (UM) and the Public Administration and Civil Service Bureau (SAFP) of the Macao SAR government jointly launched the third cohort of the qualification course for government division heads, with an opening ceremony held at UM today (27 April). Wong Sio Chak, secretary for administration and justice; Guan Yanbin, head of the Social Affairs Department of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the Macao SAR; Yonghua Song, rector of UM; Chang Cheong, chief of the Office of the Secretary for Administration and Justice; and Leong Weng In, director of SAFP, attended the ceremony, along with 30 participants.
The new cohort comprises 30 outstanding civil servants from various government departments and regulatory bodies. The six-week, full-time course includes seminars, workshops, case studies, and presentations, as well as field visits to the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin.
