Library News — Temporary Photocopying and Printing Area and Launch of Library Rooms Booking System

圖書館消息 -- 臨時影印及打印區域 及 線上房間預約系統正式啟用

Dear Students,

In order to provide a more comfortable learning environment, our library had carried out renovation during the summer break to enhance our learning facilities. We would like to announce the following for facilitating your study and research in our Library:

(1) Temporary Photocopying and Printing Area — We have implemented some convenient solutions to cater to your photocopying and printing needs  

Adjacent to the library’s Zone A lobby, we have set up self-service photocopying and printing equipment, offering Follow you and Macau Pass payment options for self-service photocopying and printing. This will assist you in quickly handling document tasks at the start of the academic year, facilitating your academic requirements.

(2) Launch of Online Library Rooms Booking System:

We are excited to announce the official launch of our brand new library rooms booking system, allowing you to easily reserve library individual study rooms and group discussion room. You can effortlessly make room reservations through the system. 

  • Individual Study Rooms: Upon successful reservation, you can use your campus card to check in at the reading machine located at the entrance of the individual study room. You are free to enter and exit the individual study room during your reserved time, enhancing your focused study experience.
  • Group Discussion Rooms: If you require a group discussion room, simply make a reservation through the system, then proceed to the library’s IT counter to check in and get a room card. Within the reservation period, you have the freedom to enter and exit the room. After use, kindly return the room card and get back your campus card.

為了提供更舒適的學習環境,我們的圖書館在暑假期間進行裝修工程,以改善學習設施。本館將推出以下兩項服務, 希望使用圖書館時更加便捷:

我們在圖書館A區大堂旁邊設置了自助影印和打印設備,提供Follow you 及澳門通付費自助影印和打印服務。這將有助於您在開學初期快速完成文件處理,方便您的學業需求。

(2) 線上房間預約系統正式啟用: 

我們非常高興宣布,我們已正式啟用了全新的圖書館房間預約系統,讓您更便捷地預約圖書館自習室及討論室。無需親身前往圖書館進行申請,您只需透過系統即可輕鬆預約所需房間。

  • 個人自修室: 您可以在預約成功後,使用校園卡在個人自修室門口的閱讀機上進行簽到,並在預約時間內自由進出個人自修室,方便您專注學習。
  • 多人討論室: 如需要使用多人討論室,只需在預約系統上進行預約,然後前往圖書館IT櫃台進行簽到並取得房卡。在預約時段內,您可以自由進出房間,使用完畢後,請歸還房卡並取回校園卡。
