澳大新一期建設商務管理（工料測量）課程開課
為配合市場對工料測量專業課程的需求，澳門大學持續進修中心和英國特許土木工程測量師學會（香港分會）推出新一期建設商務管理（工料測量）高級專業文憑課程，旨在提升建築業人才競爭力，課程於今（8）日開課。
澳門建築業蓬勃發展，大量國際級建設項目落戶澳門。面對競爭，建築工程業界需要自我提升，與國際接軌。為滿足澳門成本和合同管理建設人才的需求，澳大持續進修中心期望提供一個適合澳門建築工程傳統營運方式及與國際接軌的專業課程，讓學員掌握專業知識，實現自我增值，促進建築業的發展。
該課程涵蓋建設成本和合同管理實踐和理論知識，內容包括“投標及採購”、“建築經濟”、“建築管理及創新建造技術”、“合同管理及操作”、“建築法及合約法律”及“項目研究”六個部份，共210學時。課程導師主要來自英國特許土木工程測量師學會，以面授及遙距結合形式進行。完成課程並考核合格者，將獲澳大持續進修中心和英國特許土木工程測量師學會（香港分會）聯合簽發結業證書。該證書獲英國特許土木工程測量師學會認可。

UM offers Advanced Professional Diploma in Construction Commercial Management (Quantity Surveying)
In response to the demand for professional courses in quantity surveying, the Centre for Continuing Education of the University of Macau (UM) and the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (CICES) (Hong Kong Region) jointly offer the Advanced Professional Diploma in Construction Commercial Management (Quantity Surveying), and a new intake of the course commenced today (8 September). The diploma course consists of 210 study hours. The course content encompasses both practical and theoretical knowledge of construction cost planning and contract management, covering six major topics, namely, ‘procurement and tendering’, ‘construction economics’, ‘construction management and innovative construction’, ‘contract administration and practices’, ‘construction law and contract’, and ‘research project’. Participants who complete the course and pass the assessment will receive a certificate jointly issued by UM’s Centre for Continuing Education and CICES (Hong Kong Region), and the certificate is recognised by CICES.
