關於預約派發與郵寄2023 屆畢業生畢業照的通知
親愛的畢業生們：
大家好！
首先，由於照片製作周期較長，恰逢暑假到來及後續的研究生會換屆，故照片派發工作延期至本學期。給大家帶來不便，畢業生委員會深表歉意。
現特發此通告，通知大家關於畢業生照片的派發和領取事項，具體安排如下：
現場派發日期：2023年9月16至17日（週六至週日）
領取地點：澳門大學S3-G017（研究生會辦公室）
辦公時間：9:00-13:00 ; 14:00-18:00
若不在此時間段內領取，後續單獨領取將會被收取行政費20澳門元，望配合及互相轉告。
爲方便我們衆多簽證已經過期的畢業生同學領取畢業照，今年我們新增【自願、自費】順豐郵寄服務。該郵寄服務僅提供給非澳門本地的內地同學及香港特別行政區同學。對於澳門本地同學，請按工作時間到上述指定地點領取。
此項服務由澳門大學研究生會畢業生委員會與順豐快遞公司珠海站點合作提供，并根據首重和折扣後計算郵寄費用（不含畢業生委員會附加服務）
郵寄服務的綫上預約、登記及繳費時間為：
2023年9月11日（週一）10:00至9月15日（週五）18:00
過期不候，請大家務必在截至日期前完成預約登記和繳費。

Notice on the Distribution of 2023 Graduation Photo
Dear Graduate students,
Greetings! Due to the production timeline, the graduation photos were made and delivered to the university during the summer vacation, coinciding with the Postgraduate Association transition period. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Now you may collect your ordered photo as the following:
Photo collection date: September 16 -17, 2023 (Saturday and Sunday)
Location: S3-G017 (Postgraduate Association Office)
Office hours: 9:00-13:00, 14:00-18:00
If you do not collect your photos during these hours, an administrative fee of MOP20 will be charged for subsequent collection.
Considering that most of the graduates’ visas may have expired, a voluntary and self-funded SF Express service has been introduced this year. This service is only available for non-local students from mainland China and Hong Kong SAR. Local Macau students must collect their photos in person at the designated location during office hours.
This service is provided in collaboration with the Graduation Committee and SF Express. The delivery cost (excluding additional services from the Graduation Committee) will be calculated based on weight and discounts.
Online appointment and payment for the express service will be available from September 11th 10:00 – 15th 18:00 (Monday to Friday). Please note that late registrations will not be accepted.
For any inquiries, please contact umpa.gradcom@connect.um.edu.mo. Both students who choose on-site pickup and express service need to scan the QR code to make an appointment.
