“2023 Elementary Basketball Referee and Table Officials Training Course” was held successfully

The Train the Trainer Programme (T.T.T.) – “2023 Elementary Basketball Referee and Table Officials Training Course” was held successfully. This course is co-organized by Office of Sports Affairs and Macau-China Basketball Association (中國澳門籃球總會).

Three students from the University of Macau have completed the theory and passed the written exam in the training course, they are TANG CHI FONG (FBA/MLC), CHEONG HAO IENG (FBA/MLC), and ZHANG JINGQI (FSS/LCWC). The three students will proceed to the next stage of training and internships to obtain Level C License Basketball Referee certifications.

在上課前，籃球只是我的興趣和愛好，這次用更專業的手段和眼光去看籃球，有不一樣的賽場體驗。同時也感覺到了籃球運動員真的很累很辛苦，裁判也是一樣。
在課堂上，學到了很多籃球有關的專業知識，還有團隊合作能力和溝通的能力都有大幅度的提升。
日後，不僅僅以愛好的角度，會嘗試在裁判的角度看球；會以客觀公正的態度進行，不受個人情緒的影響。這將使體育運動不再只是關乎勝負，更加注重體育精神和比賽本身的價值。
