UM Women’s Volleyball Team won the 2nd Runner-up
at “Greater Bay Area Invitational Volleyball Competition”

UM Women’s Volleyball Team was being invited to participate in the “Greater Bay Area Invitational Volleyball Competition”. This event was held in Zhongshan from 30 Sep to 1 Oct and the participating teams are from Hong Kong, Macao and Zhongshan respectively. 19 student athletes from UM Women’s Volleyball Team, led by Team Coach (IEONG I KIT), had participated in this competition. At last, UM Women’s Volleyball Team won the 2nd Runner-up, the team member CHAI XIAOFAN (FBA/CKPC) was awarded as the Best Setter and HONG CAIYING (FED/LCWC) was awarded as the Best Blocker respectively in this competition. Through this exchange activity, UM students had a great opportunity for promoting UM to other places as well as interacting with volleyball players from different regions.
