The UM Men’s Volleyball Team was being invited to participate in “2023 Volleyball Amateur League (VAL) Final” (the team was qualified from the preliminary VAL competition – Macao Station which was held in Jan 2023). This event was held in Xiamen from 30 Sep to 3 Oct and there were over 500 participants for joining this competition. 12 members from UM Men’s Volleyball Team, led by Team Coach (CHAN SIU YAN PATRICK), had participated in this competition. At last, Men’s Volleyball Team got the 4th place of the Men’s Elite Group, the team member SIT CHI KIN (FSS/CKLC) was awarded as the Best Setter and TAI KUAN SENG (FBA/MLC) was awarded as the Most Potential Player respectively in this competition. Through this activity, our team had the opportunity to compete with the athletes from other volleyball teams so as to enhance their skills and experience.
