In order to enhance the awareness of traffic safety among colleagues, a seminar on “Traffic Safety” was held on 18 October 2023 (Wednesday), and we have invited Chief Inspector from the Traffic Department of the Public Security Police Force, Mr. AO IEONG I Kuong, to serve as guest speaker. The seminar was very well received, with nearly 70 colleagues participated.

During the seminar, Chief Inspector AO IEONG presented the daily work of Traffic Department, the road traffic law and criminal liability for different cases. Also, several common traffic accident cases were shared.  

The University hopes that this seminar can enhance UM staff’s awareness of traffic safety and legal knowledge of traffic accidents.
