MCM College afternoon concert Matinées Musicales
樂滿滿珍午後音樂會
University of Macau MCMC was delighted to have invited Dr. Chi Kit LAM, a Blüthner pianist and piano faculty member at Hainan University, for an afternoon concert “MCMC Matinées Musicales” on October 18, 2023. In addition to performing Chopin and Liszt piano solo repertoire, Dr. Lam was joined on stage by his musician friends from the University of Macau: MCMC Resident Fellow Dr. Peggy Lau, UM Symphonic Band flute instructor Ms. Kubi Kou, and FED Assistant Professor and MCMC affiliate Dr. Katy Ho Weatherly. Together, they performed a variety of ensemble pieces, taking the audience on a mesmerizing journey through the world of classical music. Of particular note was the final piece, Bloch’s Concertino for Flute, Viola, and Piano, which had its Macau premiere and showcased the rare combination of these instruments.
澳門大學滿珍紀念書院很高興邀請到德國Blüthner博蘭斯勒新銳鋼琴家、海南大學音樂與舞蹈學院鋼琴系教授，林志傑博士來書院為「樂滿滿珍午後音樂會」演出。除了演繹蕭邦和李斯特的鋼琴獨奏曲目外，林博士也與他在澳門大學的音樂家朋友—滿珍紀念書院導師劉沛棋、管樂團長笛導師高佩儀和教育學院助理教授、滿珍紀念書院非駐院教員何揚晴以不同形式合作，為聽眾帶來不同的音樂盛宴。其中恩斯特·布洛赫的《長笛、中提琴和鋼琴小協奏曲》這個罕見的三重奏組合更是澳門的首次演出。
