Dear Colleagues,

Offered by the Health Bureau of Government of Macao SAR, UM staff will be arranged to receive the winter influenza vaccination for free on campus for prevention from the winter influenza and protection of personal health. Details are as follows:

Note:

1. Please consult your family doctor before signing up for the vaccination.
2. The patient card (commonly known as gold card) issued by Health Bureau of Government of Macao S.A.R. is compulsory in order to have the vaccination. If you do not have it now, you may register by the deadline first, and leave that column blank on the e-form in the meantime.
3. Those who do not have a gold card should apply for it prior to vaccination and provide the gold card number on the day of vaccination. For registration of the gold card, you may refer to the following link for more details. https://www.gov.mo/zh-hant/services/ps-1551/ps-1551/
