We cordially invite you to enjoy UM Chinese Orchestra x Hong Kong University – Chinese Music Concert with details below,
Date: 4 November 2023 (Saturday)
Time: 20:00 （Please arrive 15 minutes earlier, the concert will start sharp)
Venue: E31-Student Activity Centre Theatre
Ticket Collection Information:
1. Free tickets will be distributed at Student Resources Section Office (E31-2007) from 31/10 during office hours.
Office Hours:
MON – THU: 9:00-13:00 & 14:00-17:45
FRI: 9:00-13:00 & 14:00-17:30
Closed on SAT-SUN and Public Holidays
2. Tickets are being distributed on a first-come-first-served basis, each student/staff can get 2 tickets maximum.
3. Please present your student/staff card for tickets collection.
4. Tickets are subject to the organizer’s ticketing terms and conditions.
5. Students/Staff who receive the tickets must be admitted to the concert or attend the event or participate in the activity and the tickets may not be transferred, sold or used for commercial purposes of any kind.
6. All rights reserved by Student Resources Section.
Entrance Information:
1. Each ticket admits only one person.
2. Tickets are non-transferable.
3. Seating arrangements are not provided for this performance.
4. During the performance, please switch your mobile phone or any other beeping device to silent mode.
5. To avoid disrupting the performance, please arrive early.
6. Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited inside the venue.
7. Latecomers or individuals who leave during the performance may re-enter only according to the instructions and schedule provided by the organizer.

1. 門票由31/10於辦公時間內在學生資源處辦公室 (E31學生活動中心2007室)派發。
辦公時間：
星期一至星期四：9:00 – 13:00 & 14:00 – 17:45
星期五：9:00 – 13:00 & 14:00 – 17:30
星期六日及公眾假期休息
2. 先到先得，派完即止，每人限取票最多2張。
3. 取票時請出示學生/職員證以作登記。
4. 取票人必須遵守主辦機構之票務條款及限制。
5. 取票人必須入場觀看音樂會，門票不得轉讓、出售或作任何形式的商業用途。
6. 學生資源處保留所有最終決定權。
入場須知：
1. 每張門票僅限一人入場。
2. 門票不得轉售。
3. 本場演出不設劃位。
4. 表演期間，請將手提電話或其他響閙裝置調至靜音。
5. 未免影響演出，請提前入場。
6. 場内禁止飲食及吸烟。
7. 遲到或中途離場需按主辦方指示的方式及時間方能再次入場。
