2023年榮譽學位及高等學位頒授典禮臨時住宿申請(截止日期:11月12日)
致各位準畢業生:
2023年榮譽學位及高等學位頒授典禮將於2023年12月2日舉行,我們將會提供少量澳大聚賢樓 (位於N1) 的雙床房房間給同學的外地親屬申請入住。
* 每名學生最多只能申請兩間標準雙床房入住
* 入住客人須為應屆高等學位畢業生本人及/或其親屬
* 登記入住期間為 2023年11月29日至12月3日
* 標準雙床房收費每晚 MOP900 (含早餐) 1
* 報名截止後,入住日期及入住人姓名不得更改
* 申請人須為應屆高等學位畢業生
備注:
1 新收費將於11月內公佈,房費以確認郵件通知為準
報名日期由即日起至2023年11月12日23時59分。有意申請者請填妥網上報名表。名額有限,先到先得。
申請結果最遲將於2023年11月15日下午5時45分以電郵確認通知(沒有收到確認郵件視為申請不成功)。成功申請人士須於11月17日前到聚賢樓接待處繳交其住宿費。逾期沒有支付費用者,將被取消訂房申請。已繳交之費用不設退款。
申請人於入住時需要到聚賢樓接待處出示有效之身份證明文件,以及登記個人資料。客房只可予已作出登記之申請人及其家屬入住。房間不可出讓或轉交至第三方。 如有查詢,請致電:8822 9918 / 8822 4640 ,或電郵致 sao.leadership@um.edu.mo。

Dear potential graduates,
The Ceremony for the Conferment of Honorary and Higher Degrees 2023 will be held on 2 December 2023. We will offer some shared rooms at UM Guest House (located at N1) for out-of-town relatives of students to apply for a temporary stay.
* Each student can apply for a maximum of 2 standard twin rooms
* The guest must be the graduate of this year and/ or the relatives of the graduate of this year
* Check-in period is from 29 November 2023 to 3 December 2023
* The rate for a standard twin room is MOP 900 per night (breakfast included) 1
* The guest’s name and date cannot be changed after the deadline.
* Applicant must be a graduate of this year
Remarks:
1The new rate will be announced in November 2023, actual room fee is subjected to the confirmation email.
Applications are open from now until 12 Nov 2023, 23:59. Interested applicants should complete the online application form. Rooms are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Application results will be notified by email latest on 15 Nov 2023, 17:45 (no confirmation email received is considered as an unsuccessful application). Successful applicants, please pay for the room rate at the UM Guest House reception on or before 17 Nov 2023. Any payment that has been made is non-refundable. Late payment will result in the cancellation of the booking.
Successful applicants are required to present valid identification documents at the reception of UM Guest House. The identification document will be recorded. Guest rooms can only be accommodated by registered applicants/students and their families. The room cannot be transferred to any third party.
