CKYC Students Participated in the Self Exploration Cards Workshop

蔡繼有書院院生參與探索內在原型卡片工作坊

University of Macau’s Mental Health Awareness Month was held in October. On October 19th, Choi Kai Yau College invited Mr. Lao Chan Fong, clinical supervisor of the Department of Psychology at the University of Macau, to hold a Self Exploration Cards Workshop. Mr. Lao explained the Archetypal theory and Jungian shadow archetypes to the students during the activity. By using the shadow chart and personality cards, he guided the students to gain a better understanding of themselves. Not only did the students discover their bright side and dark side through this activity, but they also gained a greater understanding of their own psychological conditions.

十月是澳門大學心理健康月。十月十九日晚，蔡繼有書院邀請到了澳門大學心理學系臨床督導劉振峰先生來到書院舉辦探索內在原型卡片工作坊。活動中，劉振峰先生向院生們介紹了人格原型，榮格的陰影理論等概念，並指導院生通過繪製心理陰影圖表和挑選內在原型卡片等體驗式活動更好地瞭解自己。通過是次活動，學生們發覺了自己心裡的光明面和陰暗面，並對自己的心理狀況也有了更好的認識。
