Friendly Reminder: “Taking a Walk through the Streets of Macao” Guided Tour of the Activity Series of Healthy University 2023

親愛的同事及同學們：
為讓大家了解澳門古今的醫護及保健服務，認識歷史，感受民間慈善團體對大眾的貢獻，安健及環境事務辦公室將於健康大學系列活動2023期間，組織教職員及學生參加由澳門特別行政區政府市政署及澳門口述歷史協會的導賞團，詳情如下：
路線簡介：昔日澳門的福利制度仍未完善，貧苦民眾只能依靠民間社團來自力救濟，同善堂、鏡湖醫院、仁慈堂早已成為家傳戶曉的慈善團體，曾幫助過無數的貧民百姓，藉着此路線可以一窺歷史上社會公共救濟團體的變遷，一同感受慈善事業的偉大。

活動時間：14:00 – 17:00 (包括參觀及來回車程時間)
對象：澳大教職員及學生
導賞語言：廣東話
名額：20人
報名方法：請於12/11/2023或之前填妥電子報名表 –> 職員報名表 / 學生報名表 (健康環保大使優先)
備註：
(1) 市政署及澳門口述歷史協會將為所有參加者購買保險，並安排車輛接送及導賞服務。為好好地善用資源，在收到確認通知後如無特別原因請不要缺席，否則或會影響日後參與活動的機會。
(2) 設有穿梭巴士接載參加者往返澳大與各景點。
(3) 請按需要自備水或其他防曬用品，並穿著舒適的服裝。
(4) 參加活動的學生可獲1粒至叻星及全人發展獎勵計劃”健康生活”範疇30個CS，健康環保大使更可獲2個健康環保FUN。

Dear colleagues and students,
In order to let you understand the history of the healthcare services provided by the charitable organizations in the Macao community, Office of Health, Safety and Environmental Affairs is organizing UM staff and students to participate in the guided tour led by Municipal Affairs Bureau of Government of Macao S.A.R. as well as Oral History Association of Macao as one of the activities of Healthy University 2023. Details as below:
Brief introduction of the route: In the past, when the local government did not have a comprehensive welfare system, the poverty-stricken multitude could only turn to local organizations for help to remain self-sufficient. Having provided supports to numerous underprivileged people, the Holy House of Mercy, Macau Tung Sin Tong Charitable Society and Kiang Wu Hospital have long been well-known charitable organizations to the local community. This route takes visitors to learn about the historic transition of the charitable organizations and to appreciate their great philanthropic significance.

Remarks:
(1) Municipal Affairs Bureau as well as Oral History Association of Macao will arrange insurance for all participants, as well as transportation and guiding service. To order to make good use of resources, please do not be absent without any justified reason when you receive our confirmation. Otherwise, your chances of participating in future activities may be affected.
(2) Shuttle bus will be arranged to take participants to various visiting spots as well as UM.
(3) Please bring water or other sunscreen items if necessary; wear comfortable clothing.
(4) Students will be given 1 Smart Point and 30 CS of the “Healthy Lifestyle” area of the Whole Person Development Award Program. Health & EP Ambassadors will be given 2 HEP FUN.
