Competition Highlights

 

UM Fencing Team won 2 Gold Medals at

“2023 Greater Bay Area Higher Education Institution Elite Fencing Competition”

 

The “2023 Greater Bay Area Higher Education Institutions Elite Fencing Competition” was organized by City University of Macau Students’ Union Fencing Club and it was successfully held on 17-19 Nov 2023. There was a total of 33 contestants from four higher education institutions participating in this competition, they were:

• University of Macau (UM)
• City University of Macau (CityU, Macao)
• Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK)
• City University of Hong Kong (CityU, HK)

UM Fencing Team has sent 4 members to participate in 4 events, including Men’s Individual Sabre, Women’s Individual Sabre, Men’s Individual Epee and Women’s Individual Epee. The overall results are shown as below:
