Dear colleagues,

We are pleased to announce two significant upgrades designed to enhance collaboration with large space in two systems respectively:

1. Email Quota Increase: To facilitate better email collaboration, we have increased the storage capacity of your email quota from 25GB to 50GB.
2. UMDrive Quota Increase: We understand that the administrative and academic operations often require substantial file sharing and storage. To better support these needs, the UMDrive storage space for each user is increased from 20GB to 100GB. This five-fold increase will provide you with greater flexibility in managing, accessing, and sharing your files.

These upgrades are effective immediately, and we hope they will significantly contribute to improving your work efficiency. Please take full advantage of these enhancements.

Remember to manage your storage spaces wisely and back up important files regularly for safety.
