澳門大學傳訊部每年均舉辦公關系列工作坊。今年先後舉辦了六個不同主題的工作坊，包括人物專題寫作技巧、導賞技巧、新聞短視頻業態與生產傳播技巧、攝影基礎技巧、演講技巧及公關禮儀。

該系列工作坊面向大學公關工作小組成員、學生公關大使、校園記者及所有師生員工，藉此提升他們的接待、導賞、校園新聞撰寫及攝影技巧。

The Communications Office of UM organises a series of public relations workshops every year. This year, six workshops were held on feature story writing, docent skill, videolisation of news reporting and short video production and distribution techniques, basic photography skills, public speaking, and etiquette rules for public relations.

These workshops are open to the members of the University PR Task Force (UPRTF), PR Student Ambassadors, UM Reporters, and all UM staff and students. They are aimed at improving the hospitality, guiding, campus news writing and photography skills.
