UM Christmas e-card 2023 is ready for use!
澳大2023電子聖誕卡可供使用!
Dear colleagues and students,
Christmas is coming soon! The Communications Office (CO) has prepared a new Christmas e-card and it is now ready for use! Please feel free to send your blessings to your guests, friends and relatives! To learn more, please refer to the three options below to send out the e-card.
Option 1: By placing the card on the email body
Click here to download the following video and paste in the email, then add your messages for sending to your friends.
Option 2: By saving the e-card JPEG file
Save the below JPEG file for your sharing via email or any of your social media platforms.
Option 3: By using the e-card system (For staff only)
Please login to the system at https://isw.um.edu.mo/eCard.
Advantages include:
1. save your time by group-send the e-cards
2. help your superior to send the e-card on his/her behalf

親愛的同事及同學：
聖誕節即將來臨，傳訊部推出了本年度的電子聖誕卡，以供師生職員使用。值此佳節，把您的祝福連同此電子卡一同獻給您的賓客、朋友和親人吧！想了解如何發送，請查閱以下三種不同的發送方式。
方式一：使用電子郵件發出
按此下載以下影片並貼在電子郵件內，加上個人的祝賀語句，即可發送給您的賓客親朋。
方式二：另存電子卡 JPEG 圖檔
另存以下 JPEG圖檔，即可透過電郵或社交媒體發送給您的賓客親朋。
方式三：電子卡發送系統（職員專用）
請登入 https://isw.um.edu.mo/eCard 發送電子卡。
好處：
1. 節省時間，一次發送電子卡至多位收件人
2. 秘書可以代替其上司發送電子卡
如在使用上有任何問題，可參閱使用手冊。
