澳大辦兩法培訓課程及愛國主義教育法講座

為紀念《澳門基本法》頒佈30周年,弘揚國家憲法日精神,澳門大學舉辦“第三屆澳門大學憲法和基本法教職員培訓課程住宿式書院班”開班儀式及愛國主義教育法專場講座,提升教職員對憲法和基本法的了解,增強愛國意識。

澳大副校長莫啓明致辭時表示,澳大高度重視培養學生愛國愛澳的品格和家國情懷,書院系統是澳大推行相關工作的重要平台,加強書院教職員在愛國主義教育方面的學識素養和身體力行至關重要。

另外,澳大法學院教授駱偉建就剛出台的愛國主義教育法開展專場講座,就該法的重要性、作用、主要内容、與教職員日常工作的關係進行深入淺出的闡述。

該課程至今已培訓約60位書院教職員,包括書院院長、副院長、導師及行政人員。學員們對課程整體設計非常滿意,認為課程不僅有助更全面理解兩法知識和國際局勢的發展,亦能有效增強自身的國家自豪和制度自信感。

出席開班儀式的還有澳大法學院院長唐曉晴、憲法與基本法研究中心主任蔣朝陽,鄭裕彤書院代院長黃承發、課程導師代表賴冠儒、書院兩法特設小組代表黃兆琳等。

UM offers training course in Constitution and Basic Law and holds talk on Patriotic Education Law

On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the promulgation of the Basic Law of the Macao SAR, the University of Macau (UM) held the opening ceremony of the third training course in the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China and the Basic Law of the Macao SAR for faculty and staff members of residential colleges and a talk on the Patriotic Education Law. The events aimed to improve faculty and staff members’ understanding of the two laws and strengthen their sense of patriotism. In his speech, Vice Rector Mok Kai Meng said that UM attaches great importance to cultivating students’ patriotism and affection for the country. He highlighted the residential college system as an important platform for the university to undertake such endeavours, adding that it is crucial to enhance the understanding and practice of patriotism among the faculty and staff members of residential colleges. During the talk, Lok Wai Kin, professor in the Faculty of Law, introduced the Patriotic Education Law and explained its importance, functions, main content, as well as its relevance to the daily work of the faculty and staff members. To date, the course has offered training to about 60 faculty and staff members of residential colleges, including the college masters, associate masters, fellows, and administrative staff.
