2023/2024 澳門大學演講比賽
為促進澳門大學學習氛圍和校園演講的發展,澳門大學將舉辦校內演講比賽。透過比賽,學生能夠更深入地了解“一國兩制”政策的內涵和內容,並探討自己在澳門特區發展中的角色和責任。是次比賽透過演講的方式,讓學生展示其演講技巧、表達能力、創意和思維能力的舞台。比賽將邀請教授和演講專家擔任評委,讓學生有機會接受專業評委的指導,進一步提升自身的演講技巧和表達能力。
歡迎有興趣的職員或同學出席觀看2023/2024 澳門大學演講比賽(決賽)。座位有限,先到先得。

冠軍:超市現金券總值 2,000 澳門元

所有決賽入圍者將獲得證書及代表澳門大學參加澳門高校外交演講比賽及《憲法》 和《基本法》演講比賽的資格
評委團隊:由演講專家及教授擔任初賽視頻評委團及決賽評委團
評分標準:演講內容 50%、表達技巧 40%、整體效果 10% (每超時10秒扣5分)

請遵守以下的至叻星計劃規則:
- 學生如果遲到或提前離開不超過10分鐘,將只獲得一半的至叻星。
- 學生如果遲到或提前離開超過10分鐘,將不會獲得任何至叻星。
- 學生如果在活動期間離開場地超過15分鐘,將不會獲得任何至叻星。
- 學生需要使用有效的學生證在活動期間進行簽到/簽退。
- 對於那些不尊重活動或忽視工作人員指導的學生,學生事務部有權取消其獲得至叻星或CS分數的資格並保留解釋和處理至叻星計劃的權利。

2023/2024 UM Speech Contest
To promote the learning atmosphere and campus speech development at the University of Macau, an internal speech competition will be held. Through this competition, students will have a deeper understanding of the “One Country, Two Systems” policy and explore their roles and responsibilities in the development of the Macao SAR. The competition also serves as a platform for students to showcase their speech skills, expressive abilities, creativity, and thinking skills to others through public speaking. Additionally, professors and speech experts will be invited to serve as judges, providing students with the opportunity to further enhance their speech skills and expressive abilities under professional guidance.
Interested staff or students are welcome to attend the finals of the 2023/2024 UM Speech Contest as audiences. Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Target audience: Undergraduate students at the University of Macau
Speech topic: Growing with the Special Administrative Region, creating a new chapter of “One Country, Two Systems”
Finals (3-4 minute public speech):
Date: January 26, 2024 (Friday)
Time: 7:30 pm
Venue: E31 Theatre, E31 Student Activity Centre, University of Macau
Language: Cantonese or Mandarin
Prizes:
Champion: Supermarket vouchers worth a total of MOP 2,000
First runner-up: Supermarket vouchers worth a total of MOP 1,500
Second runner-up: Supermarket vouchers worth a total of MOP 1,000
All finalists will receive certificates and qualify to represent the University of Macau in the Macau Inter-University Diplomatic Speech Competition and the Constitution and Basic Law Speech Competition.
Judging panel: Consisting of speech experts and professors as preliminary video judges and final judges
Scoring criteria: Speech content 50%, expressive skills 40%, overall effect 10% (deduction of 5 points for every 10 seconds of overtime)

*Students who attend the WHOLE talk will be awarded 1 smart point 20 “UM Competencies (CS)” on “Responsible citizenship” in the Whole Person Development Award Programme.
Please observe the following guidelines of the Smart Point scheme:
- Students who arrive late or leave early within 10 minutes will be given only half a Smart Point.
- Students who arrive late or leave early over 10 minutes will NOT be given any Smart Point.
- Students who leave the venue during the activity for over 15 minutes will NOT be given any Smart Points.
- Students are required to check in/out of the activity with their valid Student ID Card.
- For those who do not respect the activity or ignore the staff’s guidance, the Student Affairs Office (SAO) reserves the right to cancel his/her Smart Point. SAO also reserves the right to interpret and process the Smart Point scheme.
