澳大加入世界數字教育聯盟 校長宋永華赴滬出席多項活動
由教育部、中國聯合國教科文組織全國委員會、上海市人民政府共同舉辦的“2024世界數字教育大會”在上海開幕，會上還舉行了“世界數字教育聯盟”成立儀式，澳門大學受邀加入聯盟。澳大校長宋永華出席大會及聯盟成立儀式，並於大會“人工智能與數字倫理”平行會議中共同發起“人工智能賦能教育發展”倡議。
2024世界數字教育大會以“數字教育：應用、共享、創新”為主題，海內外800多名代表參加，當中包括來自全球70多個國家和地區及有關國際組織的400多名境外嘉賓。上海市委書記陳吉寧、全國人大常委會副委員長蔡達峰、聯合國教科文組織大會主席西蒙娜-米雷拉‧米庫列斯庫等出席開幕式並先後致辭，國家教育部部長懷進鵬於全體會議上發表主旨演講。
在大會的“人工智能與數字倫理”平行會議上，宋永華與多間海內外科技網絡企業和大學的領導共同發起“人工智能賦能教育發展”倡議，內容指出隨着生成式人工智能技術高速發展，人工智能將成為促進教育事業高質量發展的重要引擎，形塑教育新範式和新形態，期待各國政府、國際組織、企業、科研機構、學校等主體同行一道，攜手推動人工智能與教育深度融合，持續賦能教育創新發展。
世界數字教育聯盟積極響應聯合國教育變革峰會及聯合國教科文組織2030年教育高級別指導委員會會議精神，旨在打造加強對話交流、推動數字教育務實合作和高質量發展的國際平台，目前全球已有41個國家和地區的104所大學、國際教育組織、研究機構及企業加入聯盟。
另外，宋永華與澳大副校長葛偉、健康科學學院副院長沈漢明等代表訪問上海交通大學，獲該校校長丁奎嶺、副校長徐學敏等熱情接待。宋永華表示，兩校自2012年起開展學生交流互訪，近年學術科研合作不斷拓展，期望未來兩校在“C9+3+1”的框架下繼續深化交流，攜手向建設中國特色世界一流大學的目標共同邁進。澳大代表團還參訪了上海交通大學醫學院，與該校副校長、醫學院院長范先群等代表就拓展兩校醫學領域合作進行深入的座談交流。

The 2024 World Digital Education Conference, jointly organised by the Ministry of Education, the Chinese National Commission for UNESCO, and the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government, was held in Shanghai. Themed ‘Digital Education: Application, Sharing, and Innovation’, the conference was attended by more than 800 delegates from home and abroad, including more than 400 guests from over 70 countries and regions, as well as international organisations. The opening ceremony also saw the inauguration of the World Digital Education Alliance, and the University of Macau (UM) was invited to become a member of the alliance. Yonghua Song, rector of UM, attended the conference and the inauguration ceremony of the alliance. During the parallel session on ‘Artificial Intelligence and Digital Ethics’, Song and leaders of several technology and internet enterprises and universities at home and abroad jointly launched an initiative titled ‘Artificial Intelligence Empowering Education Development’. The initiative encourages governments, international organisations, enterprises, research institutes, schools and other entities to join forces to promote the in-depth integration of AI and education and to foster the innovative development of education.
In addition, Song, together with Vice Rector Ge Wei and Associate Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences Shen Hanming, visited Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU). The delegation was warmly received by SJTU President Ding Kuiling and Vice President Xu Xuemin. Song expressed hope that the two universities will continue to strengthen their cooperation under the ‘C9+3+1’ framework. The UM delegation also visited Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine (SJTUSM) and held in-depth discussions with Fan Xianqun, vice president of SJTU and chancellor of SJTUSM, on strengthening cooperation between the two universities in the field of medicine.
