國際三·八婦女節將至，安健及環境事務辦公室將舉辦｢女神與你有約｣活動，包括健康生活工作坊及牙齒護理講座。從生活習慣和牙齒着手，提升個人魅力，令自己變成女神，做個充滿自信的健康女性。活動詳情如下，歡迎大家參與。                           

健康生活工作坊
主講嘉賓及內容：衛生局社區醫療衛生廳甄珮君醫生及健康促進處湯賽君小姐將與大家分享如何從生活習慣着手，讓自己保持健康體魄和心境，從而達到提升個人魅力的效果。工作坊還包括分組活動，即場實踐和體驗。場外設有血壓及血糖測量服務，歡迎所有人士免費測量。

地點：綜合體育館(N8) G004室
對象：澳大教職員及學生，男女均可

牙齒護理講座
主講嘉賓及內容：澳門口腔醫學會會長黃駿傑牙科醫生將分享基本牙齒護理及令牙齒保持整潔亮白的資訊，讓大家笑起來更有自信。

3.8 International Women’s Day is coming. Office of Health, Safety and Environmental Affairs is organizing the activity ‘A Date with the Beauty”, including the healthy lifestyle workshop and the dental care seminar. With practicing healthy lifestyle and dental care, we will become a charming and confident lady! Please refer to the activity details below. 

Healthy Lifestyle Workshop
Guest Speakers and Content: Dr. Ian Pui Kuan and  Ms. Vivian Tong from Health Bureau will discuss how to keep ourselves healthy and active, so as to become charming and confident. The workshop also includes group discussion and interactive exercise. In addition, free blood pressure measurement and blood glucose test will be available.
Date: 06/03/2024
Time: 15:00 – 16:30 (time for blood pressure measurement and blood glucose test: 15:00 to 17:00)
Venue: Room G004, UM Sports Complex (N8)
Target: Staff and students, both male and female
Language: Cantonese
Quota: 30 persons (Health & Environmental Protection Ambassadors are given the priority.)
Remark: Student participants will be given 1 Smart Point and 15 CS in the  “Healthy Lifestyle” area of the Whole Person Development Award Program. Health & EP Ambassadors will be given 3 HEP FUN.|

Dental Care Seminar
Guest Speaker and Content: President of Macau Dental Association, Dr. Wong Chon Kit,  will discuss dental care in daily life, as well as how to keep our teeth neat and bright. Have a great smile with healthy teeth!
