本通告由澳門大學研究生會製作、學生發展處代傳。
致各位準研究生畢業生：
大家好！各位於2023/2024學年第一學期訂制的畢業袍已經製作完成。現特發此通告，請已購買畢業袍的同學於下述日期及時間攜帶學生證、買袍收據到S3-G017（研究生會辦公室）領取畢業袍。屆時如因本人個人原因無法親身到現場領取的，可以委託代領者攜帶被代領者的買袍收據、學生證影本以及授權書（附件1）前來領取。
領袍日期：2024年3月17至18日
領袍地點：S3-G017（研究生會辦公室）
辦公時間：9:00-13:00 14:00-18:00 19:00-21:00
若不在此時間段內領取，後續單獨領取將會被收取行政費20澳門元，望配合及互相轉告。

Dear students,
Greetings! How time flies and here comes the graduation season! Congratulations for your graduation!
Your graduation gowns ordered for the first semester of the 2023/2024 academic year have been made. Please bring your student ID card and receipt to S3-G017 (Graduate Student Association Office) on the following date and time to pick up your graduation robes. If you are unable to pick up your robe in person, you may appoint a representative to pick up your robe by bringing your purchase receipt, a copy of your student ID card, and a letter of authorization (Attachment 1).
Gown collection date: March 17–18, 2024
Location: S3-G017 (Graduate Student Association Office)
Office hours: 9:00-13:00 14:00-18:00 19:00-21:00
If you do not collect your robe during these hours, an administrative fee of MOP20 will be charged for subsequent collection.
