為讓澳大人加深了解橫琴粵澳深度合作區的發展，澳大傳訊部組織澳大校園記者、學生公關大使及大學公關工作小組成員到橫琴考察交流。

考察團先後參觀了橫琴粵澳深度合作區規劃展示廳、AHA亞哈港澳青年創業孵化中心、珠海澳大科技研究院、橫琴國際網球中心、三一南方總部大廈以及珠光．優客工場，進一步了解在深合區的人才培養和青年創新創業等政策及計劃，當中更獲橫琴粵澳深度合作區民生事務局和橫琴青年創業就業協會接待。

傳訊部分別於2010年和2012年成立學生公關大使計劃和澳大校園記者計劃，旨在培養和提供接待技巧、活動策劃、採訪、及多媒體製作等方面的實踐機會給成員。

傳訊部亦於2010年成立大學公關工作小組，由各部門委派負責公關、新聞、接待工作的同事組成，目前成員共有83名，為加強對外宣傳的統一性，和擔當部門與部門之間的溝通橋樑。

To enable UM members to gain a better understanding of the development of the Guangdong-Macao In-depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin, the Communications Office(CO) of the University of Macau recently organised a visit to Hengqin for the members of UM Reporters Programme, PR Student Ambassadors Programme, and the University PR Task Force (UPRTF).

The delegation visited the Exhibition Hall of the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone, the Hong Kong and Macau Youth Incubation Center (AHA), the Zhuhai UM Science & Technology Research Institute (ZUMRI), the Zhuhai Hengqin International Tennis Center, the Zhuhai Sanyi South Headquarters Building and the Zhukuan Ucommune, to further understand the policies and programmes of talent cultivation, and internship programmes for Macao youth in Hengqin. The delegation was received by the Livelihood Affairs Bureau of Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin, and the Hengqin Youth Entrepreneur and Employment Association.

CO established the PR Student Ambassadors Programme and UM Reporters Programme in 2010 and 2012, providing training and a platform for students interested in guest reception skills, event planning, interviewing, multimedia filming, etc.

CO also established the UPRFT in 2010, with 83 members responsible for public relations, media relations, and guest reception in their respective units. The aim of the task force is to provide guidance on consistency of promotion and hoping members can act as the bridge of communication between different units.
