親愛的同學:
你們好!本澳電訊詐騙案件持續不斷,司法警察局持續接獲市民舉報收到詐騙電話或短訊,大部分市民均醒目識破騙徒伎倆,並沒上當,但仍有小部分市民不慎墮入騙局造成重大損失,當中有不少受害人是本澳高等院校學生。
司法警察局經分析相關案件資料發現,騙徒的詐騙套路中以假冒政府機關人員最為普遍。騙徒會偽裝為內地公安或檢察官等具公權力執法人員,向同學們施以威迫、恫嚇,迫使同學們配合進行轉帳或匯款,甚或提供自己的銀行帳號及密碼;更有騙徒以帶罪立功作幌子,誘騙同學們參與作案,詐騙其他受害者。
雖然騙徒的詐騙手法層出不窮,但大多數是新瓶舊酒,只要同學們日常多留意警方發放的防罪防騙資訊,提高警惕,並謹記以下防騙訣竅,騙徒便無法得逞:
1. 任何政府部門都不會透過電話或線上方式要求市民轉帳或匯款;
2. 警方不會要求“線上辦案”,也不會致電索取個人或銀行帳戶資料,更不會要求市民參與或協助執行偵查工作;
3. 如果同學們遇到上述情況,很有可能是遭到詐騙,請立即拒絕對方任何要求,馬上掛線,並與老師及家長聯絡,也可與澳門大學學生事務部 (電郵: sao@um.edu.mo, 電話:8822 4901) , 本局防詐騙查詢熱線 88007777 或報案熱線 993 求助;
4. 請同學們多留意本局的防騙資訊,提高自我保護意識,並將防騙資訊轉發身邊同學及親友,互相提醒注意防騙。

Dear students,
Greetings! In recent months, telecommunication fraud has been on the rise, and the Judiciary Police (PJ) continuously receives reports of fraudulent calls or SMS from members of the public. While most people see through the scammers’ tricks, a small number of individuals still have incurred significant losses. Among these victims, many are students from tertiary institutions.
Upon analyzing these cases, PJ found that scammers often impersonate government officials when defrauding victims. They pretend to be law enforcement officers, such as public security officers or prosecutors from mainland China, and intimidate, threaten, or coerce students into making transfers or remittances or providing their bank account details and passwords. Furthermore, some swindlers deceive students by claiming they have committed a crime and could avoid punishment by participating in their schemes to dupe other victims.
Although scammers’ ruses constantly evolve, most of them are nothing more than old tricks in new packaging. As long as students pay attention to the crime prevention information disseminated by the police, remain vigilant, and remember the following anti-fraud tips, fraudsters will not have a chance:
1. No government department will ever request transfers or remittances from the public through phone calls or online methods.
2. Police in Macao will not process cases or ask residents to participate in or assist in investigation work via the Internet and will not ask for personal or bank account information via phone calls.
3. Should students encounter any of the above situations, they are likely targets of fraud. They should immediately reject any request from the other party, hang up, and consult their teachers and parents. They can also contact the UM Student Affairs Office (email: sao@um.edu.mo, tel: 88224901), our Bureau’s Anti-fraud enquiry hotline at 88007777 or the crime report hotline at 993 for assistance.
4. Students are advised to pay attention to the Judiciary Police’s antiscam information. They should raise self-protection awareness and share antiscam information with classmates and relatives to remind and alert each other to prevent fraud.
