Dear Colleagues,

This serves as a reminder for today’s Long Service Award and Outstanding Administrative Staff Award Ceremony. Through this occasion, we would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to our full-time staff for their long-term commitment and contribution, as well as to recognize our administrative staff who have outstanding performance in Year 2023.

Details of the award ceremony are as follows:

Date: 9 May 2024 (Thursday)
Time: 15:00 – 17:00
** It would be highly appreciated if you could arrive at the venue 15 minutes in prior.
Venue: University Hall (N2)
Rundown:
  • Opening Speech by the Rector
  • Presentation of Outstanding Administrative Staff Award & Most Creative Slogan Award
  • Presentation of Long Service Award (10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 years of service)

 

All colleagues are welcome to attend the ceremony to celebrate the joyous and memorable moment with the awardees.
