疼痛是人類自我保護機制重要的一環。受傷後出現的疼痛使人意識到身體的不適,但到底疼痛代表著甚麼?疼痛的由來是甚麼?疼痛的機制到底是甚麼在控制?現代都市人被反覆出現的慢性疼痛纏身,影響的可能不只生理,心理同樣會被影響。是次講座將從物理治療的角度去解釋及介紹改善和預防疼痛的方法。
Pain is an important part of human self-protection mechanism. Post-injury pain can cause physical discomfort, but what does pain mean? What is the main source of pain? What is the mechanism that controls pain? In our daily life, many people are affected by recurring chronic pain, which may not only affect their physical health, but also their psychological wellbeing. In this seminar, a variety of interventions and preventive measures will be introduced from the perspective of physiotherapy. |

除練習外,導師亦會作出相關的書本推薦及內容分享。 In this workshop, the trainer will lead participants in breathing exercises and body structure realignments to achieve body and mindful wellness. These exercises can also improve sleep quality, alleviate allergy and maintain a calm mood. Exercises that are included in the workshop:
