澳門大學將於6月3日（星期一）舉辦大學講壇之“痛快的學與教——數智時代個性化教育的實踐與思考”講座，邀請中國科學院院士、清華大學錢學森力學班創辦首席教授鄭泉水分享多年創新人才培養的實踐經驗。歡迎有興趣人士參加。
鄭泉水是固體力學和微納米力學專家，開創了結構超滑理論與應用技術，並致力於拔尖創新型學生的培養和創新教育的研究。他還是深圳零一學院創始院長、清華大學深圳國際研究生院教授、深圳清華大學研究院超滑技術研究所創辦所長，並曾任清華大學工程力學系系主任。他將於講座上分享從清華大學錢學森班到零一學院創新人才培養方面的深刻見解、培養經驗及具體案例。

Tsinghua professor to give talk at UM on cultivation of innovative talent
As part of the University Lecture Series, the University of Macau (UM) will hold a talk titled ‘Elation in Learning and Teaching: The Practice and Thinking on Personalised Education in the Digital and AI Era’ on Monday 3 June. Zheng Quanshui, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and chair professor of the Tsien Excellence in Engineering Program at Tsinghua University, will be the speaker. All are welcome to attend.
Zheng is an expert in solid mechanics as well as nano and micro mechanics, and is a pioneer in the technology and applications of structural superlubricity. He has also been dedicated to training top-notch talent for scientific and technological innovation in China. During the talk, Zheng will share his profound insights into the cultivation of innovative talent from his years of experience at Tsinghua University and the X-Institute in Shenzhen.
