澳大師生於全國學術徵文賽獲獎
澳門大學法學院師生共同撰寫的論文於第四屆“新時代‘楓橋經驗’與社會治理現代化”全國性學術徵文比賽獲得三等獎。該論文為推動橫琴粵澳深度合作區法治建設、提升治理水準提出了具有參考價值的路徑。
大會共收到有效稿件544篇，經評審委員會初評、複評和綜合評議，選出一等獎、二等獎和三等獎。由澳大法學院副院長、博士生導師邱庭彪與該院博士研究生李宇昊共同撰寫的得獎論文題為《新時代“楓橋經驗”視閾下完善橫琴粵澳深度合作區調解機制研究》，主要分析了“楓橋經驗”在新時代背景下所蘊含的內在價值，並結合深合區調解機制的發展現狀，提出應堅持：以“三宜並重”引領調解制度發展、以“三治融合”推動調解機制銜接、以“三共一體”深化調解機制合作、以“三化協同”提升調解機制質量。
是次徵文比賽由西北政法大學研究生院、法治學院、法律碩士教育學院、中華法系與法治文明研究院、楓橋經驗與社會治理研究院、馬錫五審判方式研究院，以及杭州師範大學楓橋經驗與法治建設研究中心聯合舉辦。

UM faculty and student win award in national essay competition
A faculty member and a student in the Faculty of Law (FLL) at the University of Macau (UM) won a third prize in a national essay competition on the ‘Fengqiao experience’ in the new era and the modernisation of social governance. The competition received 544 valid entries in total and the jury selected the winners for the first, second, and third prizes after rounds of assessments. UM’s winning paper, co-authored by Iau Teng Pio, associate dean and doctoral supervisor of FLL, and his doctoral student Li Yuhao, is a study on improving the mediation mechanism of the Guangdong-Macao In-depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin from the perspective of the ‘Fengqiao experience’ in the context of the new era. It provides an insightful reference for promoting the construction of the rule of law and improving the quality of governance in the Cooperation Zone.
