清華教授於澳大談創新人才培養
澳門大學今（3）日舉行“大學講壇”，由中國科學院院士、清華大學錢學森力學班創辦首席教授、深圳零一學院創始院長鄭泉水以“痛快的學與教——數智時代個性化教育的實踐與思考”為題發表演說，分享他從清華大學錢學森班到零一學院培養創新人才方面的深刻見解、培養經驗及具體案例。講座吸引學者、一眾澳大師生及公眾人士參與。
澳大校長宋永華致辭時表示，鄭泉水在創新教學及研究方面卓有成就，屢獲國家級自然科學獎及教學獎等殊榮。他在上個世紀創建了完整的本構方程張量函數理論，解決了多個長期困惑學術界的力學難題。新千年後開創了結構超滑理論與應用技術，並致力於拔尖創新型學生的培養和創新教育的研究，在個性化人才培養上富有經驗。
講座上，鄭泉水指出在數智時代，創新力是國家、高校、人才之間核心競爭力的關鍵所在。而創新力最本質的要素包括興趣、想像力、好奇心和洞察力。鄭泉水引用他在錢學森班和零一學院的教學心得，概括了培養創新人才的特色：第一，以學生為中心，讓學生能自主學習及研究其感興趣或擅長的領域；第二，學校需在學生學習和研究上作出適當的資源配對，讓學生能與具有同樣研究興趣的指導老師進行交流，在學校提供的資源乃至全球範圍的資源下，通過研究、實驗進行學習，讓師生共同在研究學習中取得更大成果。

Tsinghua professor gives talk at UM on cultivation of innovative talent
The University of Macau (UM) held a talk titled ‘Elation in Learning and Teaching: The Practice and Thinking on Personalised Education in the Digital and AI Era’ today (3 June) as part of the University Lecture Series. Zheng Quanshui, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, chair professor of the Tsien Excellence in Engineering Program at Tsinghua University and founding principal of the X-Institute in Shenzhen, was the speaker. The talk was well attended by scholars, UM students and faculty, as well as members of the public.
Yonghua Song, rector of UM, said in his speech that Zheng’s achievements in innovative teaching and research have earned him many national awards. Zheng, who is a pioneer in the theory and application of structural superlubricity, has also dedicated himself to training top-notch and innovative students and pursuing innovative education, and has a wealth of experience in talent cultivation.
During the talk, Zheng pointed out that in the digital and AI era, innovation is the key to the competitiveness of countries, higher education institutions and talent, adding that interest, imagination, curiosity and insight are the essential elements of innovation. He also shared his insights into the cultivation of innovative talent from his experiences at Tsinghua University and the X-Institute. In addition, Zheng engaged with the audience during the Q&A and discussion sessions.
