澳大學生代表澳門參加ICT全球總決賽獲佳績
澳門大學科技學院學生團隊代表澳門參與“華為ICT大賽2023-2024全球總決賽”。總決賽有49個國家與地區合共470位選手參賽，澳大隊伍最終在全球實踐賽雲賽道的比賽奪得第二名。
華為ICT大賽是華為公司面向全球大學生打造的ICT人才競技交流賽事，是中國高等教育學會認可的含金量高、參賽價值大的競賽項目之一。今屆華為ICT大賽是歷屆最大規模的線下比賽，共吸引全球80多個國家和地區、2,000多所院校、超過17萬名學生報名參賽。經過國家賽、區域賽層層選拔，有49個國家和地區、160多支隊伍共470多名學生進入全球總決賽，澳大隊伍便是其中之一。
其中在全球實踐賽雲賽道的比賽中，重點考察學生在雲服務架構部署、大數據處理分析和人工智能開發等的相關知識。經過激烈比拼，澳大科技學院電腦及資訊科學系學生黃育強、周文杰和解戴旭在導師、澳大協同創新研究院數據科學研究中心主任兼科技學院電腦及資訊科學系副教授余亮豪指導下，在各隊伍中脫穎而出，於比賽中榮獲第二名。
澳大獲獎隊伍表示，會把獲獎的喜悅和榮耀轉化為更強大的動力，持續學習、精進專業技能、積極參與科技創新和發展，並視得獎作為新的起點，繼續邁向更高的目標，期望在科技改變世界的時代，能夠成為其中的參與者和貢獻者，回饋社會。

UM students excel in ICT competition global final as Macao representatives
A team of students from the Faculty of Science and Technology (FST) of the University of Macau (UM) represented Macao in the Huawei ICT Competition 2023-2024 Global Final. A total of 470 participants from 49 countries and regions competed in the global final and the UM team won the second prize in the Practice Competition – Cloud Track.
The Huawei ICT Competition is an information and communications technology competition for university students worldwide. This year’s competition is the largest in scale since its inception, with more than 170,000 students from over 2,000 institutions in more than 80 countries and regions around the world signing up for the competition. The UM team, comprising FST students Wong Iok Keong, Zhou Wenjie and Xie Daixu, is one of more than 160 teams that made it through national and regional competitions and reached the global final.
