國際三·八婦女節將至，安健及環境事務辦公室將舉辦系列活動｢一星期由內靚到外｣。大家除了重視身體健康外，亦應注重儀容，關心社會，建立正面價值觀，做個充滿自信的健康女性。整週的活動詳情如下，歡迎大家參與。                            

頭髮護理及造型工作坊
內容：來自上海的髮型師Ben將為大家講解日常頭髮護理及造型設計，並即場進行示範，大家日後可以在家輕鬆設計適合自己的髮型，從｢頭｣靚起！

地點：綜合體育館(N8) G004室
對象：澳大教職員及學生，男女均可

參觀澳門婦女聯合總會
內容：由專車接送參加者往返澳門婦女聯合總會轄下的綜合服務大樓，了解社團為各階層女性提供的服務及支援，並與該會的代表進行對話交流，探討澳門婦女事務的發展。

對象：澳大女教職員及學生

美容及化妝講座
內容：澳門星級化妝師Maza Lin於化妝及美容業發展多年，除了是一名化妝導師外，她和她的團隊一直為各大表演團體進行化妝工作，經驗豐富。她將於講座中介紹皮膚護理及化妝技巧，並即場邀請參加者作化妝示範。

地點：聚賢樓(N1)地下多功能廳 
對象：澳大女教職員及學生
語言：廣東話
名額：80名 (健康及環保大使優先)
溫馨提示：
(1) 學生參加者可獲0.5粒至叻星及全人發展獎勵計劃”知識整合能力”範疇10個CS，健康環保大使更可獲2個健康環保FUN。
(2) 凡報名並出席講座的參加者可獲輕便午餐。

化妝工作坊
內容：星級化妝師Maza Lin除了進行上述講座外，亦會在同日下午舉行化妝工作坊。參加者需自備化妝用品，導師將指導大家化一個漂亮的妝容。

乳房觸診檢查
內容：由女醫生主理乳房觸診檢查，及早發現潛在風險。
日期：09-10/03/2023
時間：09:00 – 13:00 & 14:00 – 18:00；檢查需時15分鐘
地點：澳大醫療中心 (N8-G002)
對象：澳大女教職員及學生
名額：64名

3.8 International Women’s Day is coming. Office of Health, Safety and Environmental Affairs is organizing the activity series “Be a Beauty in a Week”. Besides physical health, we should also pay attention to our appearance, care about the society and establish positive value. Be a healthy and confident lady! Please refer to the activity details below. UM staff and students are welcome. 

Hair Care and Hairstyle Design Workshop
Content: Hairstylist Ben from Shanghai will discuss the daily hair care and hairstyle design. He will also demonstrate how to make fashionable design at home. Let’s start with the hair!
Date: 06/03/2023
Time: 10:00 – 11:00
Venue: Room G004, UM Sports Complex (N8)
Target: Staff and students, both male and female
 Language: Mandarin
Quota: 30 persons (Health & Environmental Protection Ambassadors are given the priority.)
Remark: Student participants will be given 0.5 Smart Point and 10 CS in the  “Knowledge Integration” of the Whole Person Development Award Program. Health & EP Ambassadors will be given 2 HEP FUN.

Visit to the Women’s General Association of Macau
Content: Participants will visit the association to learn about the services and support provided to women in different stages of life. They will also have a discussion with the representatives of the association regarding the development of women affairs in Macau. Shuttle bus will be arranged.

Time: 14:15 – 16:45 (include visit and travelling time)
Target: Female staff and students
Language: Cantonese
Quota: 30 persons (Health & Environmental Protection Ambassadors are given the priority.)
Remark: Student participants will be given 1 Smart Point and 15 CS in the  “Responsible Citizenship” of the Whole Person Development Award Program. Health & EP Ambassadors will be given 3 HEP FUN.

Skincare and Make-up Seminar
Content: Make-up artist Maza Lin has been developing her beauty and make-up career in Macau for many years. Besides being a make-up instructor, she and her team have been providing make-up services for many performances. She will discuss the importance of skincare as well as make-up skills this time, and invite models to demonstrate the make-up skills.

Target: Female staff and students
Language: Cantonese
Quota: 80 persons (Health & Environmental Protection Ambassadors are given the priority.)
Remarks:
(1) Student participants will be given 0.5 Smart Point and 10 CS in the  “Knowledge Integration” of the Whole Person Development Award Program. Health & EP Ambassadors will be given 2 HEP FUN.
(2) All registered participants will be given light refreshment.

Make-up Workshop
Content: Besides the above seminar, make-up artist Maza Lin will conduct a make-up workshop. Participants have to bring their own cosmetics and Maza will guide them to put on the make-up themselves.

Breast Palpation Examination
Content: A female doctor will do the examination and screen for underlying health concerns.
Date: 09-10/03/2023
Time: 09:00 – 13:00 & 14:00 – 18:00; the examination takes about 15 minutes
Venue: Medical Center of UM (N8-G002)
Target: Female staff and students
Quota: 64 persons 
If you are interested in breast palpation examination, please make an appointment by calling the medical staff of Medical Center of UM at 8822 4123. Quota is limited, and is on a first-come-first-served basis.
