【Sports Seminars and Workshop Series】 “UM Outstanding Student Athletes – Chan Wai Cheong and Ho Man Io” Sharing Session was held successfully on 14 Sep
The “UM Outstanding Student Athletes – Chan Wai Cheong and Ho Man Io” Sharing Session, organized by Office of Sports Affairs (OSA), was held successfully on 14 Sep at N8-Sports Pavilion.
The UM students, Chan Wai Cheong and Ho Man Io were invited to share this experience in Sports. Chan Wai Cheong, a Faculty of Science and Technology and Lui Che Woo College student, is the assistant coach of UM Dragon Boat Team and won the award of “Best UM Sports Team Athlete” in 2023/2024 when he was a team member. Ho Man Io, a student from Faculty of Science and Technology and Chao Kuang Piu College, is UM Rock Climbing Team member and won 1 gold in “Men’s Group A Boulder” and 1 Bronze in “Men’s Group A Difficulty” at the “19th All China University Rock Climbing Championship”.
At the sharing sessions, the guests shared their experiences in sports and their opinions on the development of the sports. The sharing sessions attracted around 520 students.
