簡介

澳門大學武術隊於2007年成立，致力於鑽研中國傳統武術文化、提倡武德的精神、傳承中華民族精神。透過加入武術隊，不但令學生有機會代表澳大參加比賽、盡展所長，還可以修心養性，培養體育精神。

成為澳大武術隊成員之福利

  • 可代表澳大參加不同比賽及表演
  • 有機會獲發津貼參加非本地的比賽和集訓
  • 由專業的校隊教練指導
  • 有機會優先參與由體育事務部舉行的活動

UM Martial Arts Team Is Now Recruiting New Members!!!

Introduction

The UM Martial Arts Team established in 2007, which managed by the Office of Sports Affairs (OSA). The Team is committed to studying traditional Chinese wushu culture, promoting the spirit of martial arts ethics, and spreading the spirit of the Chinese nation. By joining the Team, students not only have the opportunity to represent UM in competitions, but can also cultivate their characters and sportsmanship.

Benefits for Members of Martial Arts Team 

  • Representing UM to participate in various competitions performances
  • Receiving subsidy for participating non-local competitions and trainings
  • Being trained by professional team coach
  • Having priority in joining activities organized or arranged by Office of Sports Affairs
  • Having the opportunity to receive sports scholarships
  • Those whose attendance is over 75% throughout the whole semester can get 10 PE Hours.

Training Time

– Tuesdays and Thursdays night, 19:00 to 21:00

– Additional training before competitions/ performances.

–The training time will be adjusted due to actual needs.

澳大教職員體育會與中山大學網球俱樂部進行友誼賽

澳大學教職員體育會(UM Staff Sports Club) 與中大網球俱樂部，於1月10日在澳大進行網球友誼賽，兩隊各派出10名教職員/校友共20人參加。雙方球員以網球為媒，共聚澳門大學，互相切磋球藝，球場上充滿一片歡樂與激情。

透過這次網球友誼賽，除促進彼此的交流和友誼外，更希望鼓勵成員養成運動習慣，提倡健康生活模式。

  • 以晶片計時方式進行，參加者須跨越約3公里賽事中多個不同類型的戶外障礙關卡到達終點。未能成功挑戰相應關卡者，必須額外完成指定的體能任務，方能繼續闖關。
  • 分初賽及決賽兩回合，初賽成績最快的前50名*個人參賽者及前15名隊際參賽者可進入決賽。

＊附註：

1. 如該組別出席人數少於30人，則直接進入決賽。

2. 如該組別出席人數少於20人，則取消該組賽事。
  • 個人賽：分男、女子組。
  • 隊際賽：每隊3人作賽，隊伍中最少1名為女性，3人必須同時起步及同時到達終點。

9        紀念品：凡完成全程者，可獲贈紀念獎牌、毛巾及電子證書。

10      服飾及裝備：

10.1    參加者可自行選定活動服裝，但不可穿著任何與社會輿論訊息有關或含有不雅用語的服裝作賽；

10.2    參加者必須穿著平底運動鞋進行活動（嚴禁穿著釘鞋或其他尖硬的鞋子）；

10.3    除了鞋履，手套和保護裝置外（例如：護肘或護膝），嚴禁利用任何衣物或個人物件協助完成活動；

10.4    違反上述規定者，可被取消資格。

11     其他事項：

11.1   主辦單位設有水站及寄存站，請預留充足時間前往寄存站存放物品及進入起跑區，主辦單位不建議參加者攜帶貴重物品。如有遺失，主辦單位恕不負責；

11.2   參加者必須按照及服從主辦單位指示和安排，否則主辦單位有權取消其資格；

11.3   每個關卡都有一定的負載人數，如未能搶佔關卡上的位置，就需要在關卡旁邊輪候；

11.4   參加者請妥善佩戴及保管好晶片腳環，如有遺失或損毀則無法計算有關成績；

11.5   主辦單位保留更改賽事路程及調整障礙賽難度的權利；

11.6   參加者如對賽果有任何爭議，則以當日賽事裁判為最後決定；

11.7   主辦單位將在賽道上設立檢查站(檢查站之位置將視活動時之道路情況而定，並於活動前公佈)，參加者必須於指定時限前經過檢查站，否則須依從主辦單位指定的安排離開跑道，且主辦單位有權終止該參加者繼續比賽。

UM Swimming Team participated in the “23rd All China University Swimming Championship (South)” in Zunyi

The “23rd All China University Swimming Championship (South)” was held from 11-17 Oct at Zunyi, Guizhou, and was hosted by the Federation of University Sports of China (FUSC). The UM Swimming Team sent 9 team members to participate in this championship, which attracted 1007 athletes from 96 universities this year.
