澳大、澳電及東方電子共建聯合實驗室
澳門大學與澳門電力股份有限公司及東方電子股份有限公司今（13）日舉行“數智賦能新型配用電技術聯合實驗室”簽署合作協議及揭牌儀式。聯合實驗室將進一步促進澳門電力系統配用電技術的交流及應用實踐，帶動澳門電力行業升級轉型，助力澳門建設智慧城市，並配合國家實現“雙碳”目標。
澳大校長宋永華、澳電執行委員會主席梁華權及東方電子董事長方正基簽署合作協議。隨後，宋永華、梁華權、方正基、澳大智慧城市物聯網國家重點實驗室副主任馬少丹、澳電執行委員會執行董事張健、煙台東方威思頓電氣有限公司總經理謝建國共同進行揭牌儀式。
宋永華致辭時表示，三方透過建立聯合實驗室強強聯合、優勢互補，有效開展數位化與智慧化新型配用電技術領域科技攻關和研發成果的推廣應用。三方將進一步充分發揮各自優勢，實現產學研深度融合，助力澳門、粵港澳大灣區乃至全國能源電力行業創新發展，成為“一國兩制”下澳門與內地科技合作的典範。
梁華權表示，透過共建聯合實驗室，三方在科研創新、人才培養、成果轉化等方面實現優勢互補、互利共贏，推動澳電研究優化電網和能源效率，保障配電系統的安全及穩定，為廣大居民提供優質的供電服務，促進大灣區的配用電技術研究及科技創新發展。
方正基表示，東方電子以聯合實驗室為契機，三方緊密協作，持續加強新型配用電的數智化技術研究與應用投入，充當澳大高精尖技術研究與澳電高品質示範的橋樑和紐帶，為大灣區乃至全國的新型電力系統高品質創新發展貢獻智慧和力量。
聯合實驗室將通過校企合作，實現產學研的資源互通、優勢互補，共同開展電力系統的基礎設施技術、高度電氣化低碳配電技術、數字電網的跨維數據融合以及大數據挖掘等研究領域的全面合作，促進澳門産業適度多元發展。同時，聯合實驗室將透過技術研究及孵化優質產業項目，培養澳門高端科研人才，為澳門電力行業持續注入創新動力。
出席儀式的嘉賓還包括煙台海頤軟件股份有限公司總經理李慧霖、廣州分公司市場經理莫冰、港澳市場總監徐芳；東方電子股份有限公司副總工劉延樂、技術總監高貞彥；中國南方電網有限責任公司營銷總監馬雲飛、海外事業部方案拓展總監程培波；澳門電力股份有限公司執行委員會首席顧問岳宗斌、客戶服務部總監周環宙、輸配電部電網發展總監容聲明、電力系統調度部總監劉筱駒、資訊系統部總監陳日升、監管事務及企業傳訊辦公室總監聶麗冰等。

UM, CEM, DFE establish joint laboratory
The University of Macau (UM), Companhia de Electricidade de Macau (CEM), and Dongfang Electronics Corporation (DFE) held a ceremony to sign a cooperation agreement and unveil the plaque for their ‘Joint Laboratory of Digital Intelligence Empowered New Power Distribution Technology’ today (13 September). The joint laboratory aims to enhance the exchange and application of power distribution technology in Macao, support the transformation of the power sector in Macao, facilitate Macao’s development into a smart city, and contribute to the country’s ‘dual carbon’ goals.
Yonghua Song, rector of UM; Bernie Leong, chairman of the executive committee of CEM; and Fang Zhengji, chairman of DFE, signed the cooperation agreement. Following this, Song, Leong, Fang, together with Ma Shaodan, associate director of the State Key Laboratory of Internet of Things for Smart City at UM; Zhang Jian, executive director of the executive committee of CEM; and Xie Jianguo, general manager of Yantai Dongfang Weston Electric Co., Ltd., officially inaugurated the joint laboratory.
According to representatives of the three parties, the joint laboratory will enable them to leverage their respective strengths to conduct high-impact research in the field of digital and intelligent power distribution technology, and promote the application of related research results. Serving as a model of science and technology collaboration between Macao and mainland China under the ‘one country, two systems’ policy, UM, CEM, and DFE will utilise the joint laboratory to foster deeper industry-academia integration, and contribute to the innovative development of the energy and power sectors in Macao, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and the country. Through the joint laboratory, the three parties also aim to cultivate high-calibre research talent for Macao and continuously inject new impetus into the city’s power sector.
