「春夏養陽，秋冬養陰」，秋天是中醫養生的一個關鍵時節。此時氣候轉涼，人體生理機能也隨之發生變化，此講座旨在讓參加者了解秋季養生的方法及如何透過秋季養生恢復人體臟器功能。

擁有強健體魄的同時，有效的退休規劃可帶來更優質的退休生活。故此講座另設有退休規劃的內容，使參加者了解規劃退休的重要性。

Autumn is a key season for health preservation in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). At this time, the climate is getting cooler, and the physiological functions of the human body are also changing accordingly. This seminar aims to let participants understand the methods of maintaining health in Autumn and how to restore the functions of human organs through traditional Chinese medicine methods.

While maintaining a strong body, effective retirement planning can lead to a better retirement life. Therefore, the seminar includes a section on introducing effective retirement planning.

  • 報名後如須退出，必須於報名截止日期前向人力資源處提出。
  • If the number of enrollment exceeds the maximum quota, the enrollment will be drawn at random, but UM full-time staff will have the first priority. For a better use on the resources, kindly join the seminar on schedule once the enrollment has been confirmed.
  • The confirmation of the seminar is subject to the no. of participants.
