2024 UM Sportswear Day

We are glad to let you know that the 2024 UM Sportswear Day was held successfully on 4 Sep (Wed), and we thank you all for the great support to this sports activity.  The Office of Sports Affairs (OSA) had arranged a series of activities which attracted a total of  610 UM colleagues from 46 units to join, including 

• Sportswear, Causal Wear, T-shirt with “UM” wording 齊穿運動服、休閒服
• Free use of Sports Facilities (including indoor / outdoor sports facilities) 免費使用體育設施
• Sports Challenge 運動挑戰
• Get Fresh at 3PM 三點鐘，鬆一鬆 (doing exercise at workplace for 7 minutes)
• Yoga Salon 百人瑜伽 at Sports Pavilion, N8
