First-aid Interest Course (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Use of Automated External Defibrillator)
急救興趣班 (心肺復甦法及自動體外心臟去顫器之使用技巧)
親愛的同事及同學們：
為發展健康及安全校園、普及急救知識，安健及環境事務辦公室將邀請澳門急重症醫學會現職醫護人員舉辦急救興趣班，內容主要教授基本急救知識、心肺復甦法及自動體外心臟去顫器之使用技巧。完成課程並通過考核的參加者可獲該會發出的證書。詳情如下：
日期：09/10/2024 或 14/10/2024 (兩場的內容一樣，請於報名時選擇其中一場)
時間：10:00 – 12:00
地點：澳大綜合體育館(N8)三樓舞蹈室
對象：澳大教職員及學生
語言：粵語
名額：每場30名
報名：請於06/10/2024或之前填妥電子報名表 –> 教職員報名表/ 學生報名表
備註：
(1) 本辦公室將資助所有參加者的導師費，為更好地善用資源，請確定 閣下可完成課程才報名。如無故缺席，將影響日後參與本辦公室的活動資格。
(2) 未曾參加過本辦公室舉辦的急救課程的教職員或學生優先。
(3) 2024-2025學生健康環保大使優先。
(4) 由於課程在辦公時間進行，如有需要，請教職員先獲得部門主管/上級同意。
(5) 參與活動的學生健康環保大使可獲3個HEP FUN。
(6)不建議懷孕婦女參與此活動。另外，參加者需在現場練習心肺復甦法，有關節痛的人士應考慮是否能完成課程。

Dear colleagues and students,
To develop the healthy and safe campus, and to popularize first-aid knowledge, Office of Health, Safety and Environmental Affairs is organizing the first-aid interest course. Current medical staff of the Macao Society of Emergency and Critical Care Medicine will be invited to conduct the course. The content of the course includes basic first-aid knowledge, cardiopulmonary resuscitation and use of automated external defibrillator. Participants who complete the course and pass the assessment will be awarded with certificates issued by the institution. Details as below:
Date: 09/10/2024 or 14/10/2024 (The content of both sessions is the same. Please choose 1 session when you register the course.)
Time: 10:00 – 12:00
Venue: Dance room, 3rd floor, UM Sports Complex (N8)
Target: UM staff and students
Language: Cantonese
Quota: 30 persons per session
Registration: Please fill in the e-form by 06/10/2024 –> STAFF registration form/ STUDENT registration form
Remarks:
(1) HSEO will sponsor the coach fee for all participants. In order to make good use of resources, please make sure that you are able to complete the course before registration. You may not be able to participate in the activities organized by HSEO in the future if you are absent without any justifiable excuse.
(2) Staff or students who have not ever participated in the first-aid course organized by HSEO will be given priority.
(3) 2024-2025 student Health & Environmental Protection Ambassadors will be given priority.
(4) As the course will be organized during office hours, staff please seek your unit head/ supervisor’s approval if necessary.
(5) 3 HEP FUN will be given to student Health & Environmental Protection Ambassadors.
(6) Pregnant women are not recommended for this course. As there will be on-site practice of CPR, please think over if you have joint pain/ arthralgia.
