Dear Colleagues,

Offered by the Health Bureau of Government of Macao SAR, UM staff will be arranged to receive the winter influenza vaccination for free on campus for prevention from the winter influenza and protection of personal health.

Details are as follows: 

Date: 5 November 2024 (Tuesday)
Time: 10:00-12:00
Venue: N8 UM Sports Complex – G004
Items to bring on the vaccination day: 

For Macau residents
– Macau ID card (True copy or digital card in “Macao One Account”)
– Staff card

For non Macau residents
– Identity document (Passport or ID card that you used to applied Health Bureau’s patient card “also known as Gold card”)
– Staff card
– Work permit (blue card)
– Health Bureau’s patient card (True copy or digital card in “Macao One Account”)

The patient card (gold card) issued by Health Bureau of Government of Macao S.A.R. is compulsory for the registration. If you do not have a gold card, you may apply by presenting the identity document and proof of address at Conte Jean General Hospital/health centers. 澳門居民
– 身份證文件 (實物證件或一戶通內卡包的電子證)
– 員工證

外地居民
– 身份證明文件 (已登記衛生局醫療卡”俗稱金卡”的證件)
– 員工證
– 外地僱員身份認別證 (藍卡)
– 衛生局醫療卡(金卡)(實物證件或一戶通內卡包的電子證)
