各位同事及同學們：

秋高氣爽，最適宜到郊外遠足，呼吸新鮮空氣，舒展筋骨。

安健及環境事務辦公室將舉辨秋季海岸遠足，沿途可欣賞黑沙龍爪角海岸徑的山水美景。海岸徑沿途奇岩異石偏佈，海岸生態豐富，是遠足的好去處，不容錯過!!

活動詳情如下：

 日期：  2024年11月20日(星期三)
 時間：  15:00 至 17:00
 地點：  黑沙龍爪角海岸徑
 (活動期間有交通安排)
 活動內容：  導賞、遠足
 報名方法：  請填妥電子報名表
 名額：  35 (健康環保大使優先)
 截止報名日期：  2024年11月17日(星期日)

 

全程參與者可獲1粒至叻星。
此活動已列入「全人發展獎勵計劃」中的「健康生活」項目，全程參與者可獲予20個「Healthy Living」的分數 (即CS)。
健康環保大使可獲得三個HEP FUN。

Dear Colleagues and Students,

With the autumn breeze, it is such a favourable weather to go hiking to breathe in fresh air and stretch your body.

HSEO is organizing a hiking for UM members to appraise the beauties along Hác-Sá Long Chao Kok Family Trail. Hikers can view strange shaped rocks and coastline plantations along the trail. It’s really a very nice place for hiking, come and join us!!

Details of the Activity：

 Date：  20 November 2024 (Wednesday)
 Time：  15:00 – 17:00
 Location：  Hác-Sá Long Chao Kok Coastal Trail
 (round-trip transportation provided)
 Activities：  Guided Tour, hiking
 Application：  Please fill in eForm
 Quota：  35 (Priority to HEPA)
 Application Deadline：  17/11/2024 (Sunday)

 

Student participants who attend the whole activity will be granted 1 Smart Point.
This activity will be counted as the “Healthy Lifestyle” area of the “Whole Person Development Award Program”. Student participants who attend the whole activity will be granted 20 “CS”.
Three HEP FUN will be awarded to each HEPA participant.
