澳門最大的慈善步行活動——第四十一屆公益金百萬行即將於12月8日（星期日）舉行！大學將繼續積極回應這一場慈善活動，現誠邀教職員工、學生、退休同事、校友與你們的親友結伴一同參與。
熱心公益的你，將有機會獲得傳訊部精心準備的紀念品，參加慈善行的小朋友更可獲贈澳大童裝T-恤(尺碼為90厘米、120厘米和150厘米，適合3-12歲小童)。同時，你還可以角逐澳大獎項。 期待澳大人一起參與這場善事!
Dear Colleagues, Retired colleagues and Alumni,
The 41st Walk for a Million, the largest charity walk in Macao, will be held on 8 December (Sunday). The university is proud to continue its support for this meaningful event, and we cordially invite all staff, students, retired colleagues, alumni, friends, and family members to join us.
Participants will receive a UM souvenir from the Communications Office. This year, we will also offer UM T-shirts for your children (available in sizes 90cm, 120cm, and 150cm, suitable for children aged 3-12). Moreover, you will have a chance to win a prize by joining the event! We look forward to seeing you at the charity walk.

Those who make a donation will receive a souvenir as follows.
提交捐款方式：請將善款交給部門代表（名單見附件），經由部門代表收集並連同已填妥之表格，送交到傳訊部前台（N6-G012a）。
*紀念品將由部門代表領取及派發。
Donation submission: Please submit the donation to your department representative (refer to attachment), who will hand over donations along with completed donation forms to the counter of Communications Office at N6-G012a.
*The souvenirs will be picked up and distributed by department representatives.

凡參加捐款及參與慈善步行的同事及部門有機會獲取以下奬項：
Colleagues and units who participate in donation and charity walk may win the following prizes:
註 Remarks：
1.團體獎項計算方式: 部門總善款或總參與人數佔部門總人數的百分比。
Calculation method for group prize: Winners of the departmental prizes are determined by the total amount of donation or the total number of participants divided by the total number of staff in the department.
２.得獎部門及得獎者將獲得獎狀。
Each winner will receive a certificate.
3. 如同時出現多於1名最多善款的候選部門／人，而金額涉及不同幣種，結果將按財務部當月的兌換率進行評定。
If there is more than one candidate competing for the departmental/individual prize for the highest donation and they have donated the same amount but in different currencies, the winner will be determined based on the exchange rate used by the Finance Office for that month.
4. 如同時出現多於1名最多善款的候選部門／人，而金額及幣種相同，其結果將會並列。
If there is more than one candidate competing for the departmental/individual prize for the highest donation and they have donated the same amount in the same currency, the results will be considered a tie.
5. 參與慈善步行的親友將計算入部門參與人數，而部門總人數不變。
Relatives and friends of staff participating in the charity walk will be included in the department’s total participant count. However, the total number of staff in the department will remain unchanged.
6. 有關部門分類，請參閱由人力資源處提供的行政部門及學術部門清單。
For department classification, please refer to the list of administrative departments and academic departments provided by the Human Resources Section.
