2024年11月23日，澳門大學隆重舉行2024年高等學位頒授典禮，向數千名碩士生、博士生及學士後同學頒發高等學位證書，澳門大學國旗儀仗隊也在這一天舉行升旗儀式，慶祝同學們順利完成學業，走向未來的工作與研究。

當天早上，澳大國旗儀仗隊的隊員們以整齊的步伐從澳大行政樓走出，整齊的腳步聲伴隨著洪亮的歌聲高唱著“祖國不會忘記”。隊員們在升旗地點站定，一聲“向前對正”，大家邁著堅毅的步伐大步向前。旗台上，隊員們共同護衛著國旗、區旗和校旗，隨著國歌響起，三面旗幟一同被拋向空中，緩緩升起。所有到場師生、護旗方陣及標兵一同面向國旗，注視著三面旗幟迎風飄揚。

來自不同學院及研究院的研究生、博士生、學士後生結束了他們努力幾年的科研與探究，於高等學位頒授典禮上正式獲得高等學位證書。澳大國旗儀仗隊全體隊員在此祝賀大家順利畢業。從學校走向五湖四海，為國家發展做出貢獻。2024年，正值中華人民共和國成立75周年及澳門特區成立25周年，國家也將不斷深化改革，發展大灣區，深化橫琴粵港澳合作，澳大國旗儀仗隊的隊員們也將繼續秉持“雙手護國旗，鐵肩承兩制”的隊訓，認真完成儀仗使命的同時兼顧學習，與所有同學共同進步，為特區發展添磚加瓦。

本次升旗儀式的到場人數約200人，到場的嘉賓有：學生事務長彭執中先生、曹光彪書院院長劉潤東博士、鄭裕彤書院代院長黃承發教授、張崑崙書院院長黃民聰教授、霍英東珍禧書院院長許世全教授、馬萬祺羅柏心書院院長楊柳教授、滿珍紀念書院院長張國祥教授、紹邦書院代院長譚錫忠教授、何鴻燊東亞書院代院長羅茜教授、及學生資源處處長周佩貞女士。

On 23 November 2024, the University of Macau held the Ceremony for the Conferment of Higher Degrees 2024 in grand style, awarding higher degree certificates to thousands of master’s, doctoral, and postgraduate students. On the same day, the UM National Flag Team (NFT) conducted a flag-raising ceremony to celebrate the successful completion of studies by the students and their journey towards future work and research.

In the morning of 23 November 2024, the NFT members marched with precision to the flag-raising venue, singing loudly “The Motherland Will Not Forget”. As they reached the flag-raising location, they stood in formation, and with a command from the captain, they marched boldly ahead. On the flag-raising platform, they collectively guarded the National Flag, the Macao SAR Flag, and the UM Flag. As the National Anthem played, the three Flags were simultaneously raised into the air, gently fluttering. All the guests and the students stood solemnly, watching the Flags wave in the wind.

During this Ceremony for the Conferment of Higher Degrees, students from various faculties including master’s, doctoral, and postgraduate students, concluded years of dedicated research and exploration, successfully obtaining their higher degree certificates. NFT members congratulated everyone on their graduation and wished them success as they ventured beyond the school to contribute to the community, the Macao SAR, and the development of the Motherland. The year 2024 coincides with the 75^th Anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China and the 25^th Anniversary of Macao SAR Establishment Day. As the country continues to deepen reforms, to develop the Greater Bay Area, and to enhance cooperation in Hengqin, NFT members will uphold their motto of “guarding the National Flag with both hands, shouldering the responsibilities of “One Country, Two Systems””. They will diligently fulfill their flag-bearing duty while continuing their studies, progressing together with their peers, and keep on contributing to the development of the Macao SAR.

The Flag Raising Ceremony was attended by around 200 people, including distinguished guests such as: Mr. Paul Pang, Dean of Students; Dr. Lau Yun Tung, CKPC Master; Prof. Alfred Wong, Interim CYTC Master; Prof. Wong Man Chung, CKLC Master; Prof. Hui Sai Chuen, HFPJC Master;  Prof. Yang Liu, MLC Master; Prof. Cheung Kwok Cheung, MCMC Master; Prof. Tam Sik Chung, Interim SPC Master; Prof. Luo Qian, Interim SHEAC Master; and Ms. Anita Chau, Head of Student Resources Section.
