MCM College: The Birth, Practice and Future of the “One Country, Two Systems” Talk
滿珍紀念書院：「一國兩制」的誕生、實踐與未來講座
In celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Macao Special Administrative Region, Moon Chun Memorial College, University of Macau invited Dr. Lai Kuan Ju (Research Assistant Professor from the Faculty of Law) to deliver a talk on The Birth, Practice and Future of “One Country, Two Systems” on 21st November 2024.
Dr. Lai introduced the concept and origin of “One Country, Two Systems” from an ideological perspective, and explained the differences in its application to Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan from the perspective of international law, and used various United Nations data to demonstrate the successful implementation of “One Country, Two Systems” in Macao. Finally, he highlighted the unique advantages that Macao can leverage in the next 25 years from the perspectives of international politics and the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind.
為慶祝澳門特別行政區成立25周年，澳門大學滿珍紀念書院於2024年11月21 日特邀書院教員賴冠儒博士(法學院研究助理教授)為院生主講「一國兩制」的誕生、實踐與未來講座。
賴博士從意識形態的面向，介紹「一國兩制」概念和緣起，並根據國際法的角度，說明港澳和台灣在適用「一國兩制」概念的區別，並根據若干聯合國數據，證明「一國兩制」在澳門的成功實踐。最後，他從國際政治和人類命運共同體概念，指出下一個二十五年，澳門可以發揮的「一國兩制」的獨特優勢。
