澳門大學持續進修中心聯合珠海澳大科技研究院共同舉辦的第三期“深化穗澳合作,助力灣區建設”交流研討活動於12月2日至6日於澳門大學成功舉辦。16位來自廣州市科學技術局等多個部門的領導幹部參加了此次活動。
開班儀式上,澳大副校長徐建博士介紹了澳大近年來産學研的發展情況與科創成果,以及與大灣區其他城市之間的合作收穫。廣州市科學技術局市委科技委員會辦公室秘書處副處長翟堯杰介紹了代表團的情況及交流期望。珠海澳大科技研究院院長陳國凱教授以及澳大持續進修中心主任劉丁己教授也列席觀禮。
本次交流研討活動行程安排豐富緊凑,參加者先到訪了位於橫琴的珠海澳大科技研究院和橫琴粵澳深度合作區展示廳進行參觀和交流,後續在澳門大學參加專題講座研討和校内外參訪交流。在校内參訪環節,代表團參觀了澳門大學展館、圖書館、智慧城市物聯網國家重點實驗室、模擬與混合信號超大規模集成電路國家重點實驗室,以及創新創業中心,全面瞭解澳門大學最新科技成果和人才扶持經驗。在校外參訪環節,代表團前往了澳門招商投資促進局 (中國與葡語國家商貿合作服務平臺展示館)、大橫琴國際産業發展中心、澳門科學館、澳門科學技術發展基金、澳門經濟及科技發展局和中國銀行澳門分行進行拜訪和交流,進一步瞭解澳門科技成果轉化扶持做法,並探討穗澳科技創新合作的可能性。除了交流參訪外,此次活動更安排了7場專題交流研討,由澳大資深教授和專家主講,內容包括産學研平臺促進成果轉化、投資與專利對大灣區科創發展的意義、澳門科技創新及人才培養、科研轉化與産業創新、大健康産業與中醫藥科技成果轉化及應用、以及由研究服務及知識轉移辦公室帶來的相關介紹。通過參觀和交流研討,參加者全面瞭解澳門科技成果轉化做法、挑戰和機遇,積極探討穗澳産學研合作具體工作,共同探討如何促進大灣區科技創新融合發展。
參加研討班的學員包括翟堯杰、姚雪菲、張光果、洪雪妍、朱繼團、吳玲、張靜、陳聰穎、王形、陳良、沈靜敏、鍾嘉馨、潘姝穎、彭雲、楊棵、劉汝潔。

The 3rd Intake of Designated Training Programme on Deepening Cooperation between Guangzhou and Macao, to Help the Construction of the Greater Bay Area, jointly organized by CCE and ZUMRI, was successfully held at UM from December 2 to 6. Sixteen leaders from various departments, including the Guangzhou Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, participated in the event.
At the opening ceremony, Vice Rector Dr. Claudia Xu, introduced UM’s recent developments and achievements in industry-academia-research, as well as the cooperative gains with other cities in the Greater Bay Area. Mr. Zhai Yaojie, Deputy Director of the Secretariat of the Guangzhou Municipal Science and Technology Bureau and the Municipal Science and Technology Commission Office, shared details about the delegation and their expectations for the exchange. Prof. Guokai Chen, Director of ZUMRI, and Prof. Matthew LIU, Director of CCE, also attended the ceremony.
The itinerary for this exchange and seminar activity was rich and tightly scheduled. Participants first visited the ZUMRI and the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone Exhibition Hall. This was followed by thematic lectures, discussions, and on-campus and off-campus visits in Macao. During the on-campus visits, the delegation toured the University Gallery, Library, SKL-IOTSC, SKL-AMSV, and the Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. These visits provided a comprehensive understanding of UM’s latest technological achievements and talent cultivation practices.
For off-campus visits, the delegation visited the Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute (China-Portuguese-Speaking Countries Commercial and Trade Cooperation Service Platform Exhibition Hall), the Grand Hengqin International Industrial Development Center, the Macao Science Center, the Science and Technology Development Fund (FDCT), The Economic and Technological Development Bureau (DSEDT), and the Bank of China Macau Branch. These engagements allowed the participants to gain deeper insights into Macao’s practices for transforming technological achievements and explore the potential for Guangzhou-Macao collaboration in technological innovation.
In addition to the visits, the event featured seven thematic seminars delivered by senior professors and experts from UM. The topics covered included promoting the transformation of research outcomes through industry-academia-research platforms, the significance of investment and patents for GBA’s technological innovation, Macao’s approaches to technological innovation and talent cultivation, research commercialization and industrial innovation, the application and transformation of scientific achievements in the health and traditional Chinese medicine industries, and related presentations by the Research Services and Knowledge Transfer Office (RSKTO).
Through these visits and seminars, participants gained a comprehensive understanding of Macao’s practices, challenges, and opportunities in technological achievement transformation. They actively explored specific areas for collaboration between Guangzhou and Macao in industry-academia-research initiatives, discussing ways to foster integrated technological innovation and development within the Greater Bay Area.
