Yoga is an ancient practice that combines physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation to promote overall well-being. Originating in India over 5,000 years ago, it aims to unite the body, mind, and spirit. Various styles, such as Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga, cater to different needs and fitness levels. Yoga enhances flexibility, strength, and balance while reducing stress and anxiety. The practice encourages mindfulness and self-awareness, fostering a deeper connection to oneself and the environment. Regular yoga practice can improve mental clarity, emotional stability, and physical health, making it a holistic approach to achieving a balanced lifestyle.

空中瑜珈 Aerial Yoga

空中瑜伽是一種創新的瑜伽形式,將傳統姿勢與懸掛的布吊床結合在一起。這種練習使修習者能夠探索反重力的動作,增強柔韌性、力量和平衡。吊床支撐身體,減輕關節壓力,促進更深層的拉伸。空中瑜伽促進放鬆和正念,提供獨特的體驗,挑戰身體以新的方式運動。適合所有健身水平,它鼓勵在動作中表現創意和玩樂。定期練習可以改善核心力量、身體意識和整體健康,使其成為任何健身計劃中有趣且引人入勝的補充。

Aerial yoga is an innovative form of yoga that combines traditional poses with the use of a suspended fabric hammock. This practice allows practitioners to explore gravity-defying movements, enhancing flexibility, strength, and balance. By supporting the body, the hammock alleviates pressure on joints and facilitates deeper stretches. Aerial yoga promotes relaxation and mindfulness while providing a unique experience that challenges the body in new ways. Suitable for all fitness levels, it encourages creativity and playfulness in movement. Regular practice can improve core strength, body awareness, and overall well-being, making it a fun and engaging addition to any fitness routine.

普拉提 Pilates

普拉提是一種低衝擊的鍛煉方法,專注於核心力量、柔韌性和整體身體意識。由約瑟夫·普拉提在20世紀初創立,它強調控制運動和呼吸控制。普拉提可以在墊子上或使用專門設備(如改革者)進行。這種練習增強姿勢、平衡和肌肉線條,同時減少壓力和緊張。適合所有健身水平,普拉提促進康復和預防傷害。它鼓勵正念和身體連接,使其成為一種整體的健身方法。定期練習可以改善身體表現,並更深入地理解身體機制。

Pilates is a low-impact exercise method focusing on core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. Developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century, it emphasizes controlled movements and breath control. Pilates can be performed on a mat or specialized equipment, such as the Reformer. This practice enhances posture, balance, and muscle tone while reducing stress and tension. Suitable for all fitness levels, Pilates promotes rehabilitation and injury prevention. It encourages mindfulness and body connection, making it a holistic approach to fitness. Regular practice can lead to improved physical performance and a deeper understanding of body mechanics.

申請流程Application Procedure

  1. 網上提交申請Online application
  2. 電子抽籤E-random draw
  3. 以電郵通知中籤者及繳費安排Draw result and course fee payment email
  4. 於指定日期前完成繳費Course fee payment settled before the deadline
  5. 發送最終確認郵件Course enrollment confirmation email

2. 電子抽籤E-Random Draw

電子抽籤將於2025年1月27日(星期一)進行。
E-random Draw will take place on 27 Jan 2025 (MON).

3. 申請結果Application Result

申請結果將於2025年2月5日(星期三),以電郵通知中籤者
Application results will be announced via email on 5 Feb 2025 (WED).

請中籤者於郵件中公告的限期前,按照指示,在澳大綜合體育館(N8的開放時間內前往正門服務台支付相關費用/押金。如果未能按時支付,其名額將分配給候補名單上的其他申請者。
For successful applicants, please settle the fee/deposit at the Main Entrance Service Counter, G/F, UM Sports Complex (N8), during opening hours and before the set deadline, as announced in the email. Otherwise, the quota will be allocated to other applicants on the waiting list.

候補名單 Waiting list
未中籤者將按照結果排序。如果有名額釋放,將根據中籤的排序,以電郵通知候補人員及須於指定的限期前支付相關費用。
Unsuccessful applicants will be queued up on the waiting list by draw. If a quota is being released, an email notification of payment will be sent out according to the draw result, and payment should be settled before the specified deadline.

備註Notes:

    • 僅在繳付完相關費用後,才視為申請已獲確認。Successful enrollment will be confirmed upon payment.
    • 為更好地善用有限的資源,一旦申請已獲確認,請按時出席相關的課程。For better use of resources, kindly attend all registered classes on schedule once enrolment is confirmed.
    • 課程是否成功開班將取決於參與的人數。如未能成功開班,已交的費用將會退回。The confirmation of a class is dependent on the number of participants. If a class is cancelled, the fee will be refunded accordingly.
    • 一般情況下,費用一經收取後恕不退還。The registration fee is not refundable after payment under any circumstances in general.
