卡波耶拉(Capoeira)是一項整合了普拉提、瑜伽和基本卡波耶拉動作的元素的運動。 課程上,學員將專注於加強核心肌肉、並通過練習提高靈活性、增強平衡性。導師亦會向參與者介紹卡波耶拉的節奏動作,和指出練習,帶領學員體驗一項結合體力和文化探索的運動。 Capoeira Workout is a physical exercise program designed to integrate elements of Pilates, Yoga, and basic Capoeira movements. Each session will focus on strengthening the core muscles, improving flexibility, enhancing balance, and introducing participants to the rhythmic movements of Capoeira. This dynamic and engaging class aims to provide a comprehensive workout experience that combines physical strength, mind-body connection, and cultural exploration. |
