各位同事及同學：

環境保護局將舉辦「回收利是封好EASY」活動，為了方便大家參加，大學將於以下地點設置回收箱。

活動內容：

將完好、可被重用的利是封放入利是封收集箱，為增加利是封可被重用的機會，請注意：

1. 保持利是封完好，勿撕破；
2. 請勿在利是封上書寫；
3. 請勿折皺利是封。

請於2025年2月3至16日期間將利是封放入收集箱內；環境保護局將於大學收集所有利是封後派員回收。

以下一些利是小貼士供大家參考：

• 部份有生肖、年份或姓氏、自動黏貼封口、有皺摺或破損、有塗寫、書釘或釘痕的利是封不能回收；
• 繼續使用仍然簇新的舊鈔，讓舊鈔繼續流通，減少浪費；
• 利用電子錢包的派利是功能，將利是錢直接轉賬到收款者戶口，可省下利是封。

Dear Students and Colleagues,

Chinese New Year is coming, the Environmental Protection Bureau (DSPA) has organized “Recycling the Red Packets is Very Easy” Activity.  For the convenience of our colleagues and students to participate, recycling bins for the red packets will be placed at the following locations on campus. 

Reuse Activity of Red Packets – Give them a second life!

Red packets that can still be reused will be collected.  DSPA will classify them into groups and redistribute to Macau citizens for reuse in the next year.  Please don’t tear, fold or write on the red packets.

The collection period of red packets will be 3-16 February 2025.  DSPA will come to UM and collect after we gather all red packets.

Here are some tips for your reference:

• Some red packets with Chinese zodiac signs, years or surnames, self-adhesive seals, crumpled or damaged, with scribbles, staples or holes cannot be recycled;
• Continue to use old banknotes that are still brand new, so that they can continue to circulate and reduce waste;
• Use the red packet function of the e-wallets to transfer the red packet money directly to the recipient’s account, to reduce the use of red packets.
