FED – Chinese New Year Gathering 2025 for FED House Programme

With the warmth of the spring breeze and the arrival of the Chinese New Year, the Faculty of Education (FED) of the University of Macau (UM) held the “Chinese New Year Gathering 2025 for FED House Programme” on 19 February 2025 in the Learning Commons of FED. More than 100 faculty members and students participated to welcome the Chinese New Year together.
At the beginning of the party, Prof. Lianghuo Fan, Dean of FED delivered a speech, saying that he was very happy to be able to celebrate new year with all, and sent his sincere wishes to the students and faculty members. Dean Fan reviewed the accomplishments of the past year and made special mention of the faculty progress in the global subject rankings, encouraging students to continue to work hard in the new year, to set up role models, and to support each other in making progress. He hoped that students could improve communication and help each other through the big family of faculty, and have a fulfilling and enjoyable learning journey.
Fun-filled game sessions were prepared for the party. The Student Association of the FED organized a Chinese New Year quiz, which was well attended and the winners received exquisite gifts. The performance session was equally exciting, with students from the Student Union presenting a wonderful dance performance, which won a round of applause. At the end of the party, everyone sat together to share the food and communicate with each other warmly, spending this wonderful time together.
This gathering not only deepened the emotional ties between teachers and students, but also further strengthened the cohesion of the FED family. Through this warm and energetic party, everyone communicated with each other, supported each other and welcomed the new year together. We sincerely wish every teacher and student a prosperous career, academic progress and all the best in the Year of the Snake!

春風送暖，農曆新年如約而至，澳門大學教育學院於2025年2月19日在教育學院學習共享空間舉行了家社新春派對活動，超過100名師生參與，共同迎接新春佳節。
派對伊始，范良火院長致辭，他表示非常高興能夠第一次與大家共度新春，向在場的師生們送上誠摯的祝福。范院長回顧了過去一年的成就，並特別提到學院在全球學科排名上的進步，鼓勵同學們在新的一年裏繼續努力，設立榜樣，彼此支持，共同進步。他希望同學們能夠通過學院這個大家庭，增進交流、互相幫助，度過一個充實而愉快的學習旅程。
派對上，大家準備了充滿趣味的遊戲環節。教育學院學生會組織了新春問答活動，參與者踴躍，優勝者獲得了精美禮品。表演環節同樣精彩紛呈，學生會的同學們帶來了精彩的舞蹈表演，贏得了陣陣掌聲。派對最後，大家圍坐在一起共用美食，熱烈交流，共度這段美好的時光。
此次新春家社不僅加深了師生之間的情感聯繫，也進一步強化了教育學院大家庭的凝聚力。通過這個溫馨而充滿活力的聚會，大家彼此交流、互相支持，共同迎接新的一年。衷心祝願每一位師生在蛇年裏事業蒸蒸日上，學業進步，萬事順心！
