體育事務部(OSA) 本學期開辦『瑜伽』興趣班,這是每個學期熱門的課程,旨在推廣這項源遠流長的身心運動,讓參與者體驗瑜伽的眾多益處,包括提升柔韌性、平衡感、身體協調性以及內心的平靜。

本學期共開3個『瑜伽』興趣班,每班分2個階段共8節課,在2月至4月的星期一、三、六上課,有超過70名師生參加。

課程由中國澳門瑜伽體育總會的專業教練提供指導,協助學員掌握各種瑜伽姿勢和呼吸技巧。參與者不僅能感受瑜伽的獨特魅力,還能學習如何提升身體控制力與靈活性。

體育事務部透過開設多元化的體育課程,致力推動並鼓勵澳大師生及職員積極參與運動,享受運動帶來的樂趣與益處。

The Sports Affairs Department (OSA) is offering a “Yoga” Interest Class this semester, which is a popular course every semester aimed at promoting this ancient mind-body practice. Participants will experience the numerous benefits of yoga, including improved flexibility, balance, body coordination, and inner peace.

This semester 3 Yoga interest classes are being opened, each class has 8 sessions with 2 levels, over 70 staff and students  are being enrolled successfully. Classes are being conducted on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays from February to April 2025. 

Certified coaches from the Yoga and Sports General Association of Macau China will provide guidance in small groups to help students master various yoga poses and breathing techniques.  Participants will not only feel the unique charm of yoga but also learn how to enhance their body control and flexibility.

The Sports Affairs Department is committed to promoting and encouraging faculty and students at the University of Macau to actively participate in sports through the provision of diverse sports courses, allowing them to enjoy the fun and benefits that exercise brings.
